This Insurance Product Information Document is a summary and full details of the terms and conditions are in the policy booklet.
The Schedule will show the information given to us by you, on which your quotation is based and the cover you have chosen.

What is this type of insurance?


This product is designed to meet the demands and needs of those who wish to ensure that in the event of loss or damage to
Buildings and/or Contents, cover will be in place and if chosen, Accidental Damage, Personal Possessions and Specified Items
cover will also be covered.

Where am I covered?
✓ Building cover: At the address shown in your Schedule
✓ Contents cover: All household goods and high risk items that are kept at the risk address shown in your Schedule
If chosen:
Personal Possessions cover: while temporarily removed from your home to anywhere in the United Kingdom and for up to 60 consecutive days anywhere in
the rest of the world.
Specified Item cover: while temporarily removed from your home to anywhere in the United Kingdom and for up to 60 consecutive days anywhere in the rest
of the world.

What are my obligations?


• You must take reasonable care to ensure information provided or confirmed to us before you enter into, vary or renew your policy is accurate and not
misleading
• You also have a duty to ensure that all your household goods, high risk items, personal possessions and specified items are insured for the full replacement
cost as new at all times
• When any of the information shown in your Schedule changes you must let us know.
• You and your household must keep your buildings and contents in a good state of repair and do all you reasonably can to avoid any accident, theft, loss or
damage and to prevent any further loss or damage arising as a result of an event covered by this policy
• In the event of a claim call us as soon as possible to prevent further damage and cooperate with us and our suppliers to manage your policy and settle any
claim made
• To pay your premium, which is due on the agreed dates
• To comply with the policy's terms and conditions

When and how do I pay?


You can make a one off payment at the point of accepting our quotation for insurance, or you can pay a deposit at the point of accepting our quotation for
insurance and then pay the balance plus interest by monthly instalment. You will need to input your credit or debit card details when accepting our quotation
for insurance.

When does the cover start and end?


Your chosen start date 28/06/2022
Your policy end date 28/06/2023

How do I cancel the contract?


You can cancel your policy at anytime. Please contact our Customer Service department on the telephone number that can be found on your latest
insurance schedule or back of your policy booklet.
l If you wish to cancel the policy before the date your policy starts, you will receive a refund and no fee will be charged.
l If you have not made a claim and decide to cancel this policy within 14 days from the date you receive your policy or the date your policy starts
whichever is the later, we will refund the premium paid less a fee.
l If you have not made a claim and wish to cancel your policy after the 14 day cooling off period, we will charge you for the days we have provided
cover to you and any fees applicable.
