Loved this casino and it was my go to casino. I don’t like the min deposit amounts but they have quite a few deposit bonuses that can make up for that. But, I have tried cashing out twice now, both times I keep getting denied. Live support tells me they see that my withdrawal was accepted and is going through but then within 24hrs I receive an email saying my withdrawal is denied because I played a certain bonus or I used a $20 chip from the missions store. Same thing happened to me. I eventually received my payout after i had LCB get involved and I at least received a detailed explanation from the rep on here, on why my other withdrawal request was denied and i can somewhat understand it based on their terms that i was playing under. BUT…after i got on here and contacted LCB with my complaint, they paid the 2nd withdrawal request and kinda made it seem as though they were giving me a favor even though i thoroughly read through the terms and conditions and had won the money using my own money from a deposit i made and not having any deposit bonus attached to it.
