How to enable private messaging

Hi - I would really like to talk to someone to ensure I get paid. I don't want to name the site publicly as it might breach terms. I hear Ed is the person to talk to. I've talked to the company already as the things they have told me makes me nervous. It's not for a small amount. Much appreciated.
