Dama NV and Hollycorn NV HELP REALLY NEEDED

I've been trying to create accounts at casinos owned by Dama NV and Hollycorn NV for a long time. Every time I try, I get the verification email, but then my account is immediately disabled. I've never had an account with Dama or Hollycorn that I used. I've tried reaching out through emails and chats, but they haven't responded for months. It's really frustrating every time a new site opens each week i try to open an account and this happens and i have no history on any of there casinos ever! its insane and i dont think they care or want to bother helping this player out

I have no clue what to do next in that scenario really at all now after i did all the contacting 😢

Got one useless response from support at another one of there newest casinos and heres the chat:

i signed up now and i am going to verify my email and watch what happens
disabled already
and i never played at hollycorn casinos ever 😢

What does platform lock mean and i want someone to tell me why this is the case because this is insane, your companies are making 20 casinos a month and taking over the industry online and i am locked out of every casino and for no reason ? please ask someone above you to get in touch via mail to me as i would be happy to be spending a fortune with yourselves and i really dont understand the login behind this

Sorry, we are Spinjo casino, we don't have access to other casinos. Your account has been locked in other casino per administration's decision and now you can't have accounts in other casinos with the same license. Unfortunately, I can't help you in this case and can't tell you more details

You're likely to just be frozen out. Are you 100% sure you've never held an account with them? Has there been a time you charged back a deposit or something? I've heard casinos can share a list to block out users. I'm not saying that's the case, but it's a possibility.

I havent ever played at Dama or at Hollycorn, I broke terms on an older company they used to use under there umbrella called Direx N.V and i think it is coming from that, it is really bothering me because none of the casinos will even respond to me via email and the chat wont tell me what the problem is, they are refusing to give a reason as to why, and these brands are pumping out new casinos each week you know? i had broken terms on one casino with being flagged as bonus abuse for using too many bonuses about 3 or 4 years ago .
Its really tiresome

I reckon that's probably why you can't play at those sites. The companies there hold a grudge and once you're on a "no play" list they'll carry that over to other brands.

Have you ever registered yourself in any problem gambling sites or used and of those similar tools at other online casino's? This scenario would absolutely stop you from registering at many other casino's.

Direx / Dama is the SoftSwiss / BGaming umbrella company. If you have ever played at and been banned or self excluded from any one of the multitude of skins they run then that would explain this.

This is most probably it.

There isn't much you can do. The only thing that I can think of is to ask them if they would allow you to play without claiming any bonuses.

They have the right to exclude anyone for any reason really so long as they don't steal your money or anything like that. If they don't want you to play they they don't have to let you. Better to just move on and play elsewhere.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I agree Ed i think it was that myself, i sent a number of emails across the umbrella and through there agents as well but nobody haseven bothered to respond i a really long time and regular emails and chats being messaged to try and just compromise no bonuses as you said just cash play you know?
hopefully somebody eventually fixes it to some extent, I really do hate that the casino umbrellas are even a thing really, esepcially the low quality ones like Magic Red Casino and all there sister sites, same with Progressplay they have terrible caps on winnings if you take a bonus etc and have so many casinos under the names
