Can't withdraw winnings from Ruby Slots

4 replies • Last post

So I was able to win $179 at Ruby Slots. I have a feeling I'm never going to get it. I have written to customer service as this is the only way to contact them. Never heard back. I finally managed to do a bitcoin deposit like they ask. Still won't let me withdraw. Any advice? I've got a sick puddy cat and that money will get him to a vet. 😢

Hi DL, as you can see if you click through to out review of Ruby Slots Casino - the news is not good. They are what we classify as a rogue casino, which basically means they specialise in ripping people off. That is not to say that they never pay anyone, but getting money out of them is likely to be a long and frustrating experience.

You are more likely to be paid if you are a heavy depositor (and loser) at their casino, as they will pay out in order to keep you as a customer because they think they will be able to get more money out of you in future.

If you're a new customer and have won more than you have deposited they will deliberately make it as long and as difficult as possible for you to withdraw. They do so in the hope that you will either give up or get frustrated and redeposit your winnings and lose them.

Our standard advice is to stop playing there and cross your fingers that they pay out eventually. Definitely do not cancel your withdrawal and play with the winnings, or deposit any more money with them, no matter what they say to you. As you have deposited using bitcoin there is no way for you to "chargeback" and recover your funds like you could do with a credit card.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Dear Ruby Slots,

I hope this letter finds you well, unlike my recent experiences with your slot games. Let me tell you, playing on your platform has been like trying to win a jackpot with a broken piggy bank - frustrating and ultimately disappointing. It's like your slots have a vendetta against me, constantly teasing me with near misses and empty promises of big wins. I've had better luck finding a unicorn in my backyard than hitting a decent payout on your games!

I mean, come on, Ruby Slots! Are your slot machines secretly programmed to laugh at my misfortune every time I spin the reels? It's like they're saying, "Oh, you thought you were going to win this time? Think again, buddy!" I've started to suspect that there's a tiny leprechaun inside each slot machine, gleefully sabotaging my chances of winning. And don't even get me started on the sound effects - it's like a symphony of mocking laughter every time I lose. It's enough to make a grown person cry into their virtual coins!

In conclusion, Ruby Slots, I implore you to take pity on this poor soul who just wants to experience the thrill of a big win without feeling like the universe is conspiring against them. Please, for the love of all things sparkly and shiny, let me have a taste of victory! And if not, well, I guess I'll just have to keep chasing that elusive jackpot like a determined squirrel after a particularly stubborn acorn.

Sincerely,

Your Depositor
