Site won't supply me name of operater or licence info...

Hi guys,

Is anyone using bSbOO7. They seem to have a myriad of sister/similar sites, see pic (not a plug for them by any means!!). I've not particularly had any issues and have had some decent wins and all payouts paid promptly.

However I had a few large wins and gameplay on certain games almost definitely changed and for the life of me I couldn't win a single cent.
Most recently I was meant to receive a bonus if $150 for playing 5k in a week. It didn't come through and the back and forth between customer support has been crazy. They Just try denying that I'd bet 5k when I had counted it multiple times and even one of there staff agreed in the end but they still haven't paid. They also won't tell me the company name that operates the site or what licence they hold.
Is this information something they are required to give or not??

I've been using them for quite sometime and had no concerns, this has slightly raised some red flags for me. I only recently found this site and it has been extremely helpful.

Thanks guys.

In all likelihood, they're not licensed if they're not willing to give up any of that information. Those site domains all look shady to me and I wouldn't be playing there if I were you. Most places that issue gaming licenses will require operators to provide information if requested, and most will want to do that anyway, as it shows they've taken the steps to be a legitimate operation.

I'd get out of there if I were you.

Sorry man, when something looks and sounds like a scam it most probably is. I Iooked up that site and it is sketchy as. BTW I removed the picture as I don't want to encourage others to go there even if curious.

As our message at the bottom of the page states if you are in Australia, any casino that accepts Australians is doing so against the law so they are not going to be keen to publicise who they are or where they are licensed (if at all). That makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to take any action if they rip you off.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
