You need to contact the casino and ask them to check it out. It may be that the last spin has already been determined on the server and you just haven't seen the result on your phone.

Yeah, usually when that happens to me (I've had it happen a couple of times), you generally go back to the slot and it's either paid out or they play out the spin on your screen. Let us know how it turns out.
