Major Problems trying to withdrawl at conquestador casino [resolved]

Hello, I have been trying to withdraw over 400 since the 25th.
I originally deposited with neosurf and won my winnings.

I then was told there is no bank transfer option available to me.

I was then told to deposit again with a visa and spend the deposit and request the withdrawal. I did that on the 25th and for two days I was told it was bouncing back.

I then.was told to deposit with Ecopayz, so I created an ecoPayz account. and deposited onto it, then when I tried to deposit anywhere with ecoPayz it declines,

I have been told for days the exact same thing, that the payment team is trying to find out why it is bouncing back. My bank doesn't decline a transfer and never has.

I am constantly told I cannot get a Manual transfer to my bank, even though I can easily give my IBAN to the team, which is verified on my bank statement, and have it solved. I really hope this can be done because they have been spending more money with no withdrawal.

I have transcripts from each time, every day the date of request of my withdrawal is changed by the casino. I set it at the 25th and every day since it changes to the next day. and over 96hrs is going too far for a casino that does transfers a lot faster.

The casino has been continuing to run me around in circles. There is now clearly no method if withdrawal except a manual transfer because its been a week that the payments team are supposedly awaiting a fix. Which doesn't take a week with my. bank or my visa on any other Casino
And I requested the withdrawal on Monday its Friday evening, and again the date of the request for withdrawal is set today again. More proof is attached

The casino is not even reading my messages correctly. I just received an email saying Ecopayz is available. When it not a deposit option in my region and I explained that to the staff on the 26th March when I paid for.it and wasted ten euro depositng into ecopayz but the casino doesnt allow me to deposit through it.
This.is the worst I have ever dealt with in all the hundreds of casinos I've played. They are not doing anything to help, there just repeating the same.stuff every single day

I don't know what to do .
I was even told 2 days ago a bank transfer option would be made into the cashier if i uploaded a pdf version of bank statement
and next day, nope, cant make the bank transfer option in the cashier.
Im losing my mind because its a lot of money to me.

The casino just re sent the same email to use Ecopayz.. what kind of tactic is this?

They just changed the date of the withdrawal request again, is that even legal? is that not falsifying information?

Constant back and forth, opened an AskGamblers complaint thingy and they've a few hours left to resolve or there rating is going to be affected, they told me to use ecopayz and earlier i was guaranteed with transcript proof that it wouldn't happen,, i cannot understand how they cannot transfer a payment after almost 8 days and making me make three deposits including two with card that now apparently weren't even necessary

They have already cancelled the withdrawal again and the same response, we're waiting for senior managment to find out why this happened, can someone please give advise on what to do because i am going insane constantly on the site for just under 8 days every hour 😢( i really cannot fathom why they cant just SEPA me the transfer themselves without me doing it at this rate its going to ruin there reputation says askgamblers and ratings etc if not solved within the next few hours but with how this has gone, i doubt it wil be fixed and another same excuse, Team is checking, is all i hear every day , ive gotten withdrawals faster from far less reputable sites.

Wow, that's crazy, man. I'm sorry to hear you're having that many issues. Surely they can help come up with something for you. Fingers crossed.

So if I'm understanding this right - bank transfer is not an option in the cashier? If so, I'm not sure that you can complain if they can't do one because they weren't offering to in the first place. Does that make sense or have I misunderstood?

No Skrill or Neteller options?

Re ecopayz, they are legitimate. If you're in the SEPA zone I think may be able to get an Ecopayz debit card that you could use to spend the money that you withdraw if there is no other way to get it from this casino. Of course if Ecopayz don't allow you to transfer to gambling sites then they may not allow you to receive from them either, so you will need to check first. That is what happened to us over here a few years back which is probably why they recently sent me an email telling me they were cancelling my account due to lack of use.

They removed my ecopayz saying my region isnt correct because of the currency etc but this seems like a tactic, right this minute, still no update, they verified my neteller documents, they could simply manually send my account balance of 442 to neteller and stop this, they didnt even reply to askgmblers within the 96 hr window so there reputation is on the line now too, im so sad because i just got my first apartment and the withdrawal was going to cover my electricity for the month lol

UPDATE
The Casino managed to send my winnings over to ecopayz and I got that to my Wise card instantly so thankfully they resolved , as they said it was too much of an issue for manual ban transfer
Happy with them, once your using your on.countries currency theres no issue there. But if for example you use CAD and live in Ireland it can cause an issue for withdrawals apparently. So learned a lesson from that.

Just happy that they sorted it out
Paid out about 30 in fees getting it from Ecopayz to neteller then to Wise debit.

Casino is trustable I do believe this and have no issue whatsoever with them 🙂
