Good spotting. That is interesting to say the least. We're double checking that our feed is accurate, but it sounds like it is going by the number you've seen at Intertops.

Interesting. I looked into this on Casino Extreme and the Mini Jackpot was only at 50,243.68 with the boiling point of $100,000. Is it possible the CL scraper is tied to a bad feed that's also being used at Intertops?

The others all appear to be under the threshold as well at Casino Extreme.

Certainly weird.

Ok perhaps a feed issue then. I've manually checked the feed and the values match with what we are reporting, but not with that screenshot - for all 5 jackpots.

This screenshot is interesting - it is from the Casino Extreme website and it shows the Spirit of the Inca grand jackpot at $254,675 which matches our feed, but not your screenshot of the game in their own casino.

We get our feed from another casino, not Intertops or Casino Extreme, so I'd say it is an RTG issue misreporting the numbers to them.

And now here is what I see when I am logged in at Casino Extreme. All values match up to the feed except for the mini which is at $75,215.

I'm puzzled.

Maybe it's just me but RTG possibly misreporting numbers doesn't seem like something surprising..

We passed on the info to a casino that was able to get in touch with RTG about it. They have confirmed that it is a bug resulting in misreporting the real value. Fingers crossed they fix it asap.

After chasing this up a few times this has finally been fixed by RTG. The jackpot amount should show correctly in game as well as on our jackpot tracker.

I can add a follow-up to this story. I was playing this jackpot when it reached the 100K boiling point and then inexplicably started climbing higher. I soon realized there must be some bug in the game and quit playing. I had forgotten about this strange incident until three weeks ago when Cherry Jackpot Casino notified me that I had "won" a jackpot and that I had funds available for withdrawal. Sure enough, I checked my accounts at Cherry Jackpot and Roaring 21 and found a total of $25K sitting there. Not that I'm complaining about an unexpected windfall, but I sent an email to them asking for an explanation of what happened, but never got one back. The best I can figure is that RTG went back and looked at who was playing at the time of the boiling point and split the jackpot accordingly. If that's true, then credit to them for trying to make things right instead of just sweeping it under the rug.

That's absolutely bizarre. I tried to get support at another casino (I think it was Slotocash) to explain why the value was above the must-trigger-by value and got nowhere quick with support generically telling me "there are conditions that must be met for the jackpot to award" which doesn't make any sense for the situation.

Cash out and never look back!

Now that is the kind of story that I like to hear. Congratulations Marc!
