Intertops Misleading Payout Restrictions

Recently, I tried to request a payout by check. The casino rejected my request and instead gave me the message: "Payment limit reached: please consider a different payment method or contact support."

I said to myself, "how could this be?" I looked at their rules and section 3.12 states "Payouts are limited to one (1) payment per week"

I checked and saw that my last payout request was eight days ago. That's more than a week, right? Not for Intertops. It turned out that their rule is from the time they actually make the payout not from the time you request it. It did take an an additional three days after I made my last request for them to process it. Therefore, It wold be 10 days from the time that I made my request that I would be able to make a new request again.

As a player who likes Intertops Casino, I am at a loss why they are using an unusual interpretation of the universal 1 per week rule. They should have made this clear in their rules.

By the way, I am not the only player who objects to this interpretation.

Hmmm I haven't run into that one with them before and things must have changed. It has been a while since I played there but they did not used to work like that. In fact I have made many withdrawals from them over the years. A couple of times I withdrew more than the limit which I think was maybe $2500 a week, so I set a calendar reminder to go back and withdraw again 7 days later. It would be right down to the minute of the hour, but once 7 full days had passed the new withdrawal would go through and they would pay about 48 hours later. I know for sure that is how it still works now at other casinos ultimately owned by the same people as Intertops - eg Jackpot Capital or Slotastic.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

In my situation, my last request was on November 3. I am still getting payment limit reached today which is November 12.

I don't think they should state that they pay 1 check per week. let's face it, In this situation, they can control how often or how rare they pay you. For example, I also won last month and made a payout request from them. They took two weeks to process the request (The reason they gave me was that they had too many winners). Therefore, based on the way they apply their rules, I would not have been able to make another request until two weeks later.
