Virtual City is a casino I joined many years ago. I still remember their offer of depositing 1$ and getting a 50$ bonus with quite decent wagering requirements. The reason why I still remember it is because I had claimed it at the time and managed to meet the wagering requirements and made a withdrawal. The verification process took about 48 hours, which is quite standard for the old Microgaming casinos. Also there was a pending period of 48 hours if I remember correctly. But all in all, I managed to get my winnings a few days later. I have played there a few more times, but aside from my first withdrawal, I was never lucky enough to make more withdrawals there. And at some point I stopped playing there because they felt very old-school. i really enjoined playing with this bonus, and even wagering requirements is really fair on this big bonus and most important it's cashable! i managed to only win real small amount just enough too withdrawal it after some hours spend on wagering it, i started with sending documents this make's withdrawals bit easier to process for them in my opinion, support was friendly but when talking i experienced they are taking care of lot of customers, since took long too receive a respond or they said few times too wait that they come back, was bit frustrating but i was helped out good, the agent told me they take care of my withdrawal and i will receive it soon, she approved manually documents since picture's were good, and next morning i received my withdrawal without any further problems, i know lot of players have troubles with them, so i might have been lucky! but i also feel sad for other players which experienced troubles with them, hope people next time receive there money without problems!

Virtual city casino linked with many other casino rewards casinos, but there is big misleading in their welcome offer. When you visit casino page it says that i can get 50 euros no deposit bonus. Sounds awesome, but of course everything not so nice, i was found that this 50 euros give you 1 spin at some kind of wheel, where i won 20 euros prize, that i was need to claim by mading smallest deposit. It is good to have 20 euros as almost for free, but what the point to say that it is 50 euros on main casino page? This is not correct, i was not able get 50 euros, and also i go through other reviews here, and looks like no one get this 50 euros. So this is missleading, i think you can agree with me here, this is bad to say that player get X amount of money, but then give user Y amount of money, and Y < X. Sounds not so good, right? Also same here for withdrawals, 3-4 days to get paid on skrill not interesting for me it is too slow and make me in terrible thing when i want to gamble but my skrill is empty. Virtual city casino is good example of miss presenting their welcome bonus. You probably already saw many banners saying that it is possible to get 50$ free chip just for registration? And two minuses.
- Bonuses. No any bonuses after i claimed their welcome bonus it is of course very bad, and also no any promotions.

Well, I would like to start with info that I did NOT deposit at this casino, and I also recommend everyone NOT to do that even by accident 🙂

Well, it is 40% of the original amount, and always finishes the same - the amount equal to 0% of the original amount 🙂

OF course, maybe we had just a bunch of bad luck (all three). But it is enough for me to uninstall this casino 🙂 And to hope that someone will have better experience. 🙂

But apart like almost all their casinos, virtual city casino have a very nice welcome bonus, which is 50$ no deposit bonus. Actually, this is not freechip, as i was told that i should deposit 1$ first, to get my 50$ bonus. But as it have no max. cashouts, i deposit this 1$ with my skrill account without any doubts, and get 51$ to play with. Its 5000% welcome bonus, and i believe this is one of the best bonus i ever see in casinos. Unfortunately after 3 hours of playing and almost clearing the bonus, with amazing 300$ balance i decide to open immortal romance and play it at 3$ bets. Of course i was tottaly destroyed... gulknapp you make some good points (especially re the crappy wheel game they use instead of the actual casino games), but it is clear that you didn't understand what you were getting when you claimed the bonus. We do our best to explain things and summarise the major terms here before you claim something because we know people don't want to read pages of legalese when they sign up at a casino. You can click the "More Info" link under each bonus above for example, where it states that you need to make a deposit before withdrawing the winnings. However ultimately the onus is on you to read and understand what you are claiming. If you don't want to be subject to the terms then, like I always say, don't claim the bonuses.

It would be simple to sign up and claim the free bonus multiple times, then only deposit using a card on the account that actually wins. Or you could use a different card on a different account. I am not saying that either of those is what you did, only that the argument you are using does not support you like you think it does.

As for the insinuation that the casino has ripped you off or made a mistake. It is possible. On the other hand, these guys own close to 30 casinos and have a reasonably good reputation. I have played at several of their casinos myself and have always been paid when I won. I don't see why they would risk damaging that reputation to avoid paying out £100 which in the grand scheme of things is pocket change for them. I received an email from them saying that i had severeal accounts with them..which i cldnt have had as it accepted my debit card, and a deposit from my card. The security would not have accpeted the deposit and use of card if i had several accounts.
The email then said that all winnings were cofiscated. and that was it. I asked live help who told me to reply to risk management, yet they do not bother to contact you back 😢
