I have to say that some of Spin and Win Casino's appeal came to when I realised that the company has its own proprietary software for a small selection of its games. Jumping on the chance to try something new, I began the registration and review process for Spin and Win. How did it fare? Should you give it a go?
At a first glance Spin and Win looks nice enough, albeit not quite as sharp as some of the other big name casinos we have played at recently. The casino has a web platform that allows you to play directly through your web browser, negating the bulky software that some other casinos necessitate. Spin and Win contains games through its proprietary software, Novomatic, IGT, Bally, Microgaming, Eyecon, and Play'n Go. These games are quite large, with hundreds of slots available. Thankfully the casino's platform has the ability for punters to sort these games via features, paylines, themes, and name.
While the games from the well known suppliers all seem to play quite well and have their trademark high production values, the same really can't be said for the proprietary games at Spin and Win, as they aren't as visually appealing. Spin and Win has a varied set of progressive jackpot games from the likes of Blueprint Gaming, Red Tiger, and Novomatic. However it is doesn't take advantage of the multi-million pound progressive games offered by Microgaming or IGT.
The general focus at Spin and Win is definitely slots, but the casino does also offer table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Pai Gow, and Casino Hold'em. Video poker is also available, but is hidden in the table game section where you may miss it.
Banking at Spin and Win is done very well, even if the amount of options to deposit and withdraw money isn't huge. Players will find that they can deposit and withdraw funds via debit cards, Neteller and PayPal. Note though that the casino does not award bonuses to anyone that deposits using Neteller, so if you're wanting to claim one you had better use another method. Withdrawals are held for 24 hours before being processed, and in my experience are then are sent to an e-wallet the next day. The casino terms state that they do not impose withdrawal limits and that players can submit a withdrawal for any amount at any time.
The casino also discloses that your deposited funds are segregated and legally protected from claim in the event of insolvency. This meets what the UKGC categorises as a medium level of protection. The games supplied to this casino are all independently tested by third party auditors to assert their randomness and fair operation. I was pleased to see an information page for every single game on the website where Spin and Win discloses the return to player (RTP) setting that they are running the game at. That however revealed that they are running some suppliers' games at a lower than maximum setting - for example Play'n Go's popular Book of Dead was set to 94% instead of the highest 96% when I checked. While obviously not ideal, at least the information is being made available to their customers so they can make an informed decision about whether to play each game.

Stay away from this company. The customer service is shocking and the payout time is ridiculous. I made a withdrawal Thursday 05 Oct, it is now the 11th and it has not even left their financial team. I have been lied to every time I have called saying it will be released within 24 hours, it is now nearly 48 hours since they reviewed the funds. The customer service is really poor, they have no people skills and are not able to assist in anyway shape or form. I find it hard to believe that they do not email customers with regards to withdrawals to keep them informed. All in all this is the worst site I have ever used and have now closed my account. I am reporting them to the gambling commission. Please do yourself a favour and stay away!!!!!

Bunch of crooks that stole my winnings, followed the terms and they wrongly confiscated my winnings. Do not trust them at all. Have already reported them to the Gambling Commission. Now having to go through the ASA, ecogra.org and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) .
Spent lots of time emailing them, they promised to refer my case to management 8 days ago, and I've had nothing back at all.
Stay well clear, they hate winners and rip you off when you win.

It's quite new casino room. Spin and win room was launched in 2012. They offer good selection of slots. For example Netent, Microgaming, IGT, WMS and a lot of more popular casino softwares. The site looks good enough, and I didn't encountered any problems so far. They also offer generous promotions for depositors. I did not have a lot of experience with this casino, but it looks safe and reliable. I will rate 4 stars Spin and Win.

Fair call, those withdrawal limits are very low. I have updated the review text to point them out so people are aware and also added them to the payment info section on the right column of the review. I don't believe they were in effect when we last reviewed them as that is one of the things we always check for. Thanks for pointing it out.
However ultimately you agreed to the limits when you signed up (knowingly or unknowingly) and then played with the winnings and lost them. I have no doubt they would have paid out the full £9000 if you had left it alone and stopped playing, as these guys have a decent reputation in terms of paying winners.
Consider it an expensive lesson learned. If you don't think you can resist playing with your winnings in that kind of situation if it happens again, ask the casino to lock your account until you are paid in full. If they can't or won't do that, get someone else you trust to change your password to something only they will know until you have been paid.

found them decent while ago, while offering a small no deposit bonus to give a free experience with there casino, which was very nice, had no luck, but enough safe feeling to make a deposit, directly contacted live support before making a deposit to get more information about ongoing promotions, max stakes while playing with bonus and more of important stuff i need to know also time they need to send withdrawal which for me is most important!

Spin and win casino have good amount of games, and from different softwares. I enjoy when played here, but i am not very happy with this casino promotions team. Not very good bonuses, and very rare. I love to see that casino want me as a player, and keep making me good offers. + Software. It is different softwares at this casino, and there is no any download application. I tried mostly quickfire(microgaming) games, and i can say that my experience is good, i did not have any errors or other bad things.
+ Promotions and bonuses. Casino usually give some reload bonuses, and also have interesting promotions. Also they often give freespins, but max withdrawal from freespins is only 25 euros, and of course it is suck, i did not like when winnings from freespins have some max withdrawal rules.
+ Customer support. I am not sure about working times, but all my questions was answered at live chat and i did not have any problems with it.
+(-) Withdrawals. I did not test withdrawals at spin and win casino, and also unfortunately no one from my friends have win in this casino and tried withdrawals. So i am really not sure about payout speed at this casino.
