I always compare these stories with my personal experiences with the casinos, and I must say that the results are absolutely clear and exact - in most of the cases, the bad reputation of a Rival Software casino is either overwhelmed, or I have had just luck while dealing with the casino, because my experience was usually clear and without any larger problems (I do not mean VERY long withdrawal time, that is obvious at most of the Rival casinos, but that is just a part of their specification, just an axiom that will not change 😀.

And one minus, which in the end force me to stop playing at this casino.

Simon say casino it is one more branded by rival casino and like many other casinos with this software after downloading software on PC and registering my account i was happy to get no deposit in this casino. Like with other bonuses at rival casino i not have any luck and i not know why probably because that slots with no deposit bonuses is very cold or something like this. Also i test out live chat support and agent was online and was able to answer on my question with slow answers or promoting anything you know how sometimes in live chat this agents try to offer you make deposit instead answer on questions directly. I played with my own money in this casino only one time and it was not lucky time for me because i spend about 2 hours of my own life and almost clear my bonus money to request payout request but after that slots suddenly come cold and i lost straight with no chances to test payout. Hello! Actually, i am not often player of this rival games, because i preffer microgaming/netent/playtech, but sometimes i like to give a shot to their games. I joined to simon says casino because i found that they giving out 20$ no deposit bonus. This was my first time i joined such casino with rival software, so of course that was interesting experience. I registered, and take a no deposit in cashier without any problems, everything was really simple and easy. After it i lost my 20$ no deposit playing scary rich slot, i do not know why i start playing slot, probably because i like its name? Anyway, after it i found in cashier 200% welcome bonus, and of course made deposit to try another games, and also 200% bonus is always pleasure for me. Unfortunately i have no enough luck, and got busted, but at least i try some of their games a bit more. Actually, it was the only one my deposit in this casino.

Simon Says didn't honer the $75 exclusive no deposit. I received $20.instead of the $40 and no mention of the $35 in a month.
