One thing that I didn't like was the way the games always opened up in tiny popup windows each time. There is a full screen button but I prefer to play somewhere in between "roughly the size of a CD case" and "27 inches wide huge", so that meant I had to resize the window manually each time I opened a game. Sure it was only minor but sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference.
Customer support is available through live chat or email only. Telephone support was not available when we first reviewed the casino, then we gave LSBet credit when it was introduced but now the service has been removed again. The support reps I contacted were helpful, and although 24 hour support would be great, the assistance here isn't bad.
There have also been some improvements to the banking system, as more eWallet solutions have been integrated. There are no fees associated with the payout methods, and we were able to get our money within about 48 hours after submitting documents. Not too shabby.
LSbet is a decent casino which will probably appeal most to people that speak one of the languages supported there that aren't covered by some of the bigger, more established online casinos, and especially those that are also into sports betting.
