I was introduced to rtg casinos by my brother. My wife and I both created accounts not realizing that this would get me banned. That was over 8 yrs ago. Last month I contacted the casino to see if there was any way to clear up my account and delete any other accounts. They looked into it and stated that that wouldn't be an issue. After giving them my info and updating my address I was told this would apply to sister casinos also. So, I've been depositing thinking everything was fixed. I noticed that I was still not able to log into sun palace casino so I contacted them via live chat. They told me I was banned. I told them that I was told everything was cleared up and was able to log into Las Vegas USA and had even made a couple deposits. I asked if my deposits were more like donations. My response......chat was closed. And was once again banned from all casinos related to Las Vegas USA with no answers. I feel that is a shady thing to do. Obviously there security dept have no standard procedures and no communication. I'm still trying to figure out why one day I was told everything was fixed. Just to find out I had made deposits that would have been voided if I had won. Don't use this casino. I feel ripped off now. My I.P. Is blocked now, so I can't even contact any of the casinos via live chat to find out what is going on.

You're also right about the underhanded stuff. Those guys at LV USA had me a little angry yesterday and I think the underhanded stuff was meant for them if, by chance, they read it. It's sad because once upon a time these guys were among the best for people based in the USA. Hang in there though, they will pay you eventually. The advice you were given is good: remain polite, don't touch the money in your casino account, and just wait it out.
As for these "independent sites" you are referring to that don't deceive gamblers etc, no they are all affiliate sites just like this one that earn money based on referrals to casinos. Some tell the truth no matter how it affects the bottom line, but as you have found out many don't. We also have a help forum that you can use here though having dealt with a number of complaints about this group over the past 18 months I can tell you that we would have gotten the same result.
One of the sites you point out as being good is notorious for positively reviewing bad casinos, deleting feedback that doesn't support their rating of a casino, and other underhanded stuff. Always do your homework and look around, don't just take the word of the first site you find on Google.

This used to be a reputable & honest casino, but I'm afraid they have maybe gone rogue. I won $500 over a month ago & despite all of my emails and chats & open tickets, they have yet to do anything about paying out my winnings. I was not playing on a bonus, either. I had spent my own money. 😢

I know this isn't going to make you feel any better danschiff - but you need to read and be clear on the terms of any bonus or comp that a casino gives you before you accept it and play with it. You're right, online is not like land based casinos. Bonuses and comps almost always have conditions attached to protect the casinos from advantage players that know how to exploit them. Free chips almost always have an upper withdrawal limit so I am not surprised by your experience at all.
We are aware of current payment delays from this group of casinos and we have noted that in the review above and recently reduced their ratings. Several players have complained to us over the past few months or so and according to casino management it is due to the loss of a "payment processor". This is a third party company that pays players on behalf of the casino, and basically disguises transactions with U.S. based players so that they appear to be unrelated to gambling. Sadly this is an unavoidable fact of life for U.S. players and why many casinos are starting to look at other options that aren't connected to the banking system like Bitcoin.

Poor experience, slow / long payout, poor response time to service requests. LASVEGASUSA should be avoided and should not gain the "Seal of Approval" from any affiliate sites. Payout requested 4/8, it's 5/4 and no payout, and in fact they reduced my payout 90% from $2500 to $250. Read on for their rigged game/house rules.
End to end story: Opened an account for $500 with Bonus, wagered and lost over a period of time. $50 comp provided. Hugely lucky and fortunate to grow that $50 to $4000. Requested maximum payout allowed of $2500 by ACH. Gambled with the remaining $1500 and lost. Happy to be collecting $2500....
WAIT No, you can't have it, no payout for you....fine print limits payout on bonus deposits to $250 maximum, and the remaining balance is basically forfeit. HOUSE RULES, RIGGED GAME, SLOW PAYOUT. Imagine if on a deposit I told them, "I can lose it all., but there is a limit on how much you can actually take". So losing unlimited amounts would be allowed, while winning unlimited amounts just can't happen.

So I thanks WIZARDOFODDS for attempting to help, after providing the details and screwy screenshots that showed my winnings, no bonus to "release" funds being listed, and the pending ACH "in progress.
An hour later I get a call from the casino to explain I wil not be getting my winnings, only $250. They claim some fine print area of the comp bonus limits the winnings.

Ho, my withdrawal experience with no deposit bonus was very different in Vegas Casino Online.
I had my account verified in Sun Palace before, so that I did not have to submit any more documents to Security Department. The withdrawal was $100 which was too small for wire transfer.
So, I asked Finance Department if they could send it to my Neteller account by receiving and confirming my Neteller profile page. It seemed that the Live Chat agent was immediately delivering my case to the manager and soon answered "Yes".

I guess I should have checked my bank account before making this post. My winnings were paid via wire transfer this morning.
I picked this casino because of their bonus offer and Casino Listings rating. I had a string of luck and won $1,000.00. I cashed out and sent in all of my required documents (twice). It's been over a month and I still haven't received my winnings.
I've sent emails and spent a long time in live chat and I've been getting the same answer that I will be notified via email once my payment has been processed.

There are many deposit and withdrawal options, I used Neteller this time and once also VISA card to deposit, it was ok – but a little delay appeared, as usual at RTG’s for me.
I did not withdraw anything. Its RTG, not expected much tho. 🙂.

I played in this online casino two times, but i would like to say big warning that wagering requirements is very big here for bonuses, and your best choice is not take any bonus at this casino, or it is will be very hard to clear it. I'll start from pluses.
