- the release urging tools 75 and 76 employ a legged coil spring in which both legs protrude radially outward, and are incorporated so as to surround the swing shafts 73 and 74, respectively. Since one leg of the coil spring is engaged with the support arms 70 and 71 and the other leg is engaged with the vertical slider 30, the treatment members 53 and 54 are provided with an arrow Q in FIG. The spring force in the opening direction (separation direction) as shown in FIG.
- the cam rail 77 is fixed to the back frame portion 16 of the support frame 15 on the back surface of the horizontal rail 16 b (the portion forming the horizontal rail 20) with the longitudinal direction directed in the front-rear direction.
- the rear surface is a cam surface 77a (that is, the surface on which the follower pins 80 and 81 of the support arms 70 and 71 are in sliding contact).
- the cam rail 77 is formed so that the thickness of the rail protruding downward from the horizontal bar 16b becomes thinner as it goes forward and becomes thicker as it goes backward. That is, the cam surface 77a is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the horizontal bar 16b.

Abstract
