Abstract

 調湿装置(10)は、圧縮機(53)が接続された冷媒回路(50)と、吸着熱交換器(51,52)と、ケーシング(11)とを備え、圧縮機(53)を作動させることで冷媒回路(50)に冷凍サイクルを行わせながら該ケーシング(11)内を流通する空気を吸着熱交換器(51,52)で調湿する。ケーシング(11)内に配設されたダンパ(41~48)を備える。ダンパ(41~48)は、圧縮機(53)を起動させるときには、空気の流路を、室外空気をケーシング(11)内に流入させて吸着熱交換器(51,52)を通過させた後に室外へ流出させる第1流路に切り換える一方、室外空気を調湿して室内へ供給するときには、空気の流路を、室外空気をケーシング(11)内に流入させて吸着熱交換器(51,52)を通過させた後に室内へ流入させる第2流路に切り換える。
