Abstract

Der erfindungsgemäße Kältekreislauf, in dem ein ein- oder mehrkomponentiges Kältemittel, insbesondere CO2, zirkuliert, ermöglicht einen überkritischen Betrieb und umfasst in Strömungsrichtung einen Verflüssiger/Gaskühler (1), eine Zwischen-Entspannungsvorrichtung (a), einen Sammelbehälter (3), eine einem Verdampfer (E2, E3) vorgeschaltete Entspannungsvorrichtung (b, c), einen Verdampfer (E2, E3) und eine mit dem Verdampfer (E2, E3) durch eine Saugleitung (5) verbundene Verdichtereinheit (6). Die Verdichtereinheit (6) ist mit dem Verflüssiger/Gaskühler (1) mittels einer Druckleitung (7) verbunden, und der Gasraum des Sammelbehälters (3) ist über eine Leitung mit dem Eingang der Verdichtereinheit (6) verbunden oder verbindbar. Des weiteren ist ein Wärmetauscher vorgesehen, dem zumindest zeitweilig ein Teilstrom des aus dem Sammelbehälter (3) über die Leitung abgezogenen Flashgases zugeführt wird und in dem dieser Teilstrom gegen das verdichtete Kältemittel in der Druckleitung (7) überhitzt wird.
