Claims (13)

  1. 퍼플루오로(C6-C18) 알킬 포스핀산 및/또는 퍼플루오로(C6-C18)알킬 포스폰산 및/또는 이의 염을 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 계면활성제(소포제)와 함께 설페이토-또는 설포네이트-함유 계면활성제(습윤제)를 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 음이온성 급윤제를 함유하는 수성 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 습윤제 및 소포재를 1:1 내지 500:1의 중량비로 함유하는 수성제재.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 필수적으로 습윤제 2 내지 90중량%, 소포제 0.05 내지 5중량% 및 물을 포함하는 수성제재.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 적어도 a)제초조 활성 물질, b)설페이토-또는 설포네이트-함유 계면활성제를 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 음이온성 습윤제, c)퍼플루오로(C6-C18) 알킬포스핀산 또는-알킬포스폰산 또는 이의 염중 하나를 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제들의 혼합물, 및 d)물을 함유하는 액체제초 제제인 수성제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 a)제초 활성 물질 1 내지 45중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 30중량%, b)설페이토-또는 설포네이트-함유 계면활성체제 1 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 35중량%, c)퍼플루오로(C6-C18) 알킬 포스핀산 또는-알킬포스폰산 또는 이의 염, 또는 이들의 혼합물 0.05 내지 5중량%, 및 d)물을 함유하는 수성제재.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 설페이토-또는 설포네이토-함유 계면활성제로서, (C10-C18)-지방산 알콜 폴리글리콜 에테르 설페이트, (C10-C|18)-지방산 알킬 설페이트, (C8-C22)-알파-올레핀 설포네이트, (C4-C16-알킬)디페닐 에테르설포네이트, (C10-C18)-지방산 알킬 설포네이트, (C10-C18-지방산 알킬)아릴설포네이트, (C10-C18)-지방산 알콜 설포숙신산 모노에스테르, (C10-C18)-지방산 알콜 폴리글리콜에테르 설포숙신산 모노에스테르, 또는 이들의 염, 또는 상기 계면활성제들의 혼합물을 함유하는 수성제제.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알킬 그룹-함유 계면활성제(C)로서, 퍼플루오로(C6-C12)알킬포스핀산 또는-알킬포스폰산 또는 이들의 알킬리 금속 염, 암모늄 염 또는 알킬암모늄 염, 또는 이들과 알킬아민 옥스에틸레이트 또는 에틸렌디아민 옥스에틸레이트와의 염, 또는 상기 계면활성제들의 혼합물을 함유하는 수성제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 언급된 성분이외에, 비이온성 계면활성제, 부동액체, 분산제, 유화제, 유기 용매 및 충진제를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 기타 통상의 재형화 보조제를 함유하는 수성제제.
  9. 제4항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, f1) 페녹시 계열, 요옥시닐, 브로목시닐 또는 이들의 염으로부터의 수용성 제초 활성물질, f2) 우레아, 트리아진 또는 설포닐우레아 계열로 부터의 고체 불용성 제초제, 또는 f3) 알라클로르, 메톨라클로로, 트리플루릴린, 페녹시 제초제의 에스테르 및 요옥시닐 및 브로목시닐의 에스테르를 포함하는 그룹으로 부터의 액체 활성 물질 또는 저융점을 갖는 활성물질을 추가로 함유하는 수성제제.
  10. 물에 습윤제 및 소포제를 원하는 순서대로 또는 함께 및 경우에 따라 기타 통상의 보조제와 함께 용해시킴을 포함하는, 제3항 및 제6항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에서 청구한 수성 제재의 제조방법.
  11. 임의로 음이온성 습윤제 (b)와 함께 임의로 물에 용해시킨 퍼플루오로-함유 계면활성제(c)를 물로 희석하기 전후에 또는 물로 희석하지 않고서, 임의로 이미음이온성 습윤제(b) 및/또는 기타 활성 물질(f) 및/또는 통상의 보조제(e)를 함유하는 활성 물질(a)의 수용액 또는 분산액과 혼합하고, 필요한 경우, 기타 음이온성 습윤제(b) 또는 남아있는 성분을 첨가함을 포함하는, 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에서 청구한 수성제재의 제조방법.
  12. 퍼플루오로(C6-C18) 알킬 포스핀산 또는-알킬 포스폰산, 또는 알칼리 금속염, 암모늄염, 알킬암모늄염 또는 알킬아민 옥스에틸레이트 또는 에틸렌디아민 옥스에틸레이트와의 염을 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 이의 염, 또는 상기 계면활성제들의 혼합물의, 수성 매질중의 설페이토-또는 설포네이토-함유 계면활성제를 위한 소포제로서의 용도.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 수성 매질이 액체 제초제제인 용도.
