Description
제1도는 본 발명의 저압법에서 사용되는 기구의 바람직한 예를 설명하는 가스 흐름도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 고압법에서 사용되는 기구의 바람직한 예를 설명하는 가스 흐름도이며,
제3a 내지 3e도는 제1도에 나타낸 기구를 사용하는 본 발명의 방법중 하나의 바람직한 양태를 설명하는 조작 공정이고.
Claims (7)
- 흡착제로서 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 두개의 흡착조 A와 B, 및 각 흡착조의 출구측에 연결되어 있고 통상적으로 사용되는 회수된 농축 산소 가스 축적용의 가스 저장조를 설치하고, 혼합 가스를 대기압 내지 2kg/cm2G미만의 압력에서 흡착조 A로 도입하여 질소 가스를 흡착하며, 100mmHg 내지 400mmHg의 압력하에 흡착조 B내에 미리 흡착된 질소 가스를 탈착시키고, 상기의 도입, 흡착 및 탈착을 하기의 여섯개의 공정에 따라 수행하며, 이 여섯개의 공정을 순차적으로 흡착조 A 및 B에서 교대로 반복함을 특징으로 하여 PSA에 의해 주로 질소 가스와 산소 가스로 구성된 혼합 가스로부터 농축 산소 가스를 회수하는 방법. (1) 생성되는 농축 산소가스를 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 저장조 내로 축적하면서 혼합 가스를 흡착조 A의 입구를 통해 도입하고 질소 가스를 선택적으로 흡착시키며 ; (2) 진공 펌프를 사용하여 흡착조 B의 입구를 통해 질소 가스를 탈착시키고;(3) 저장조 내의 농축 산소 가스 생성물 중 일부를 질소 가스의 탈착이 계속되고 있는 흡착조 B의 출구측으로 역류세정하며; (4) 흡착조 A로의 혼합 가스의 도입을 중지한 후 흡착조 A 내의 잔류 농축 산소 가스 중 일부를 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 흡착조 B의 출구로 도입하여 농축산호 가스를 회수하고; (5) 농축 산소 가스 중 일부를 흡착조 B의 출구로 역류시켜 압력을 축적하면서 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 탈착이 완결된 흡착조 B의 입구로 흡착조 A내의 잔류 가스를 도입하여 농축 산소 가스를 회수하며; (6) 흡착조 B의 입구로 혼합가스를 도입하여 가압공정을 행하면서 농축 산소 가스중 일부를 흡착조 B의 출구로 역류시킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수공정(4)에서의 흡착조 B의 압력 증가량이 200mmHg이하이고, 압력 축적 공정(5)이 완결된 후 흡착조 A와 B 사이의 압력 차이가 실질적으로 0인 방법.
- 흡착제로서 제올라이트 분자체로 충전제 두개의 흡착조 A와 B, 및 각 흡착조의 출구측에 연결되어 있고 통상적으로 사용되는 회수된 농축 산소 가스 축적용의 가스 저장조를 설치하고, 혼합가스를 2 내지 8kg/cm2G의 압력에서 흡착조 A로 도입하며, 미리 흡착된 질소 가스를 대기압으로 흡착조 B에서 탈착시키고, 상기의 도입, 흡착 및 탈착을 하기의 여섯개의 공정에 따라 행하며, 이 여섯개의 공정을 순차적으로 흡착조 A 및 B에서 교대로 반복함을 특징으로 하여 PSA에 의해 주로 질소 가스와 산소 가스로 구성된 혼합 가스로부터 농축 산소 가스를 회수하는 방법. (1) 생성되는 농축 산소 가스를 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 저장조 내로 축적시키면서 혼합 가스를 흡착조 A의 입구를 통해 도입하고 질소 가스를 선택적으로 흡착시키며 ; (2) 질소 가스를 흡착조 B의 입구를 통해 탈착시키고 ; (3) 농축 산소 가스중 일부를 질소 가스의 탈착이 계속되고 있는 흡착조 B의 출구 말단으로 역류 세정하며 ; (4) 흡착조 A로의 혼합 가스의 도입을 중지한 후, 흡착조 A내의 잔류 농축 산소 가스 중 일부를 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 흡착조 B의 출구로 도입하여 농축 산소 가스를 회수하고 ; (5) 농축 산소 가스 중 일부를 흡착조 B의 출구로 역류시켜 압력을 축적하면서 흡착조 A내의 잔류 농축 산소 가스를 흡착조 A의 출구를 통해 탈착이 완결된 흡착조 B의 입구로 도입하여 농축 산소 가스를 회수하며 ; (6) 혼합 가스를 흡착조 B의 입구로 도입하여 가압공정을 행하면서 농축 산소 가스 중 일부를 흡착조 B의 출구로 역류시킨다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회수공정(4)에서의 흡착조 B의 압력 증가량이 0.5kg/cm2G이하이고 압력 축적공정(5)이 완결된 후 흡착조 A와 B사이의 압력 차이가 실질적으로 0인 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주성분으로서 질소 가스와 산소 가스로 구성된 혼합 가스가 공기인 방법.
- 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, 농축 산소 가스의 가스 저장 탱크 하나가 설치되어 있고 그의 부피가 흡착조 하나의 부피의 적어도 절반인 방법.
- 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, 회수 공정(3)가 임의로 생략된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
