Claims (9)

1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 그의 염기 염을 일반식(Ⅱ)화합물과 반응시키고, 임의로 생성물을 0-에스테트, 0-에테트 또는 약학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)화합물 또는 그의 0-에스테트, 0-에테트 또는 약학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서 R은 F,Cl,Br,I,CF3,C1내지 C4알킬 및 C1내지 C4알콕시로부터 각기 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환기에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐; 5-또는클로로피리드-2-일이고, R1은 H 또는 CH3이다.
제1항에 있어서, R이 4-클로로페닐이고 R1이 CH3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
일반식(Ⅴ)화합물을 1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 그의 염기 염과 반응시키고, 임의로 생성물을 그의 0-에스테트, 0-에테트 또는 약학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, R1이 H인 일반식(I)화합물 또는 그의 0-에스테트, 0-에테르 또는 약학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서 R은 F,Cl,Br,I,CF3,C1내지 C4알킬 및 C1내지 C4알콕시로부터 각기 독립적으로 선택된 1내지 3개의 치환기에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐; 또는 5-클로로피리드-2-일이고, X 및 X1은 각기 이탈기이고 R1은 H이다.
제3항에 있어서, X 및 X′가 각기 Br임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을, 탄산칼륨 존재하에서 1,2,4-트리아졸을 사용하여 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을, 1,2,4-트리아졸 알칼리 금속염을 사용하여 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
1내지 6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 4-플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 4-브로모페닐, 4-요도페닐, 4-트리플루오로메틸페닐, 2-클로로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 2,4-디플루오르페닐, 2-클로로-4-플루오로페닐, 2-플루오로-4-클로로페닐, 2,5-디플루오로페닐, 2,4,6-트리플루오로페닐, 4-브로모-2,5-디플루오로페닐, 또는 5-클로로피리드-2-일임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제7항에 있어서, R이 2,4-디플루오로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 4-플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐 또는 5-클로로피리드-2-일임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 탄산칼륨 존재하에서 2-(4-클로로페닐)-2-[2-(1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)프로프-2-일]옥시란을 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시켜 1,3-비스(1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-2-(4-클로로페닐)-3-메틸-부탄-2-올을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
