Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 이것의 염기 염과 반응시킨 후, 임의로 하기 일반(I)의 생성물을 약학적으로 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시키고/시키거나, 필요에 따라, 상기 생성물을 디아스테레오이성체 쌍으로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식(I)의 트리아졸 또는 이것의 약학적으로나 농업적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 상기 일반식에서 R은 1내지 3개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐(이들 치환체 각각은 독립적으로 F,Cl,Br, I, CF3, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C|4알콕시이다), 또는 5-클로로-피리드-2-일이고; R1은 H, CH3또는 F이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 옥시란(Ⅱ)를 염기의 존재하에 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 염기염이 1,2,4-트리아졸의 알칼리 금속염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 알칼리금속염이 나트륨 또는 칼륨염 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반응을 40 내지 120℃의 온도에서, 유기용매내에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R이 F,Cl,Br, I 및 CF3중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택한 1개 또는 2개의 치환체에 의해 치환된 페닐그룹임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, R이 2,4-디플루오로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 4-플루오로페닐 또는 4-클로로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R1이 H또는 F임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R1이 H이고, R은 2,4-디플루로오페닐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 생성물을 크로마토그래피하여 그것의 디아스테레오 이성체쌍으로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
