Claims (4)

  1. 하기 일반식(II)의 케톤을 일반식 Q1MgBr, Q1MgI 또는 Q1Li(여기서, Q1은 Q가 R일 경우 R1이고, Q가 R1일 경우 R이다)의 시약과 반응시켜 X가 -OH인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하거나, 수득된 생성물을 티오닐 클로라이드, 티오닐브로마이드 또는 디에틸아미노설퍼 트리플루오라이드와 반응시켜 각각 X가 Cl, Br 또는 F인 하기일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키거나, 수득된 생성물을 O-에스테르 또는 O-에테르로 전환시키고/시키거나; 하기 일반식(I)의 의 생성물을 제약학적으로나 농업적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물이거나 X가 -OH인 이 화합물의 O-에스테르 또는 O-에테르, 또는 이들의 제약학적으로나 농업적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서, R은 F,Cl,Br,I,CF,C1-C4알킬 및 C1-C4알콕시 중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택한 1 내지 3개의 치환체들에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹, 또는 5-클로로피리드-2-일 그룹이고; R1은 F,Cl,Br,I,CF3,C1-C4알킬 및 C1-C4알콕시 중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택한 1 내지 3개의 치환체들에 이해 임의 치환된 페닐그룹이고; X는 -OH, -F, -Cl 또는 -Br이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R 및 R1이 각각 독립적으로, F,Cl,Br,I 및 CF3중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택한 1 내지 3개의 치환체에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐그룹인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R 및 R1이 각각 독립적으로, F 및 Cl중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택한 1개 또는 2개의 치환체에 의해 치환된 페닐그룹인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R 및 R1이 각각 독립적으로 2,4-디플루오로페닐, 4-플루오로페닐 또는 4-클로로페닐인 방법.
