- 집속 이온빔?주사형 전자 현미경에 의해 측정되는 일표면에서부터 연속하는 두께 10μm의 부분에서의 메쉬형 수지 섬유의 평균 직경이 100 nm 이하이고 공극률 A1이 60% 이상이며, 상기 일표면측 표면 공경 P1이 0.3μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 불화비닐리덴계 수지 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부피 1 μm3당 공극 분기점간수가 25개 이하인 다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일표면측 표면층 공극률 A1과 일표면측 표면 공경 P1의 비 A1/P1이 400 이상인 다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일표면측 표면층 공극률 A1과 전체층 공극률 A2의 비 A1/A2가 0.9 이상인 다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 파단 강도가 7MPa 이상, 인장 파단 신도가 30% 이상인 다공막.

- 중량 평균 분자량이 30만 이상인 불화비닐리덴계 수지 20 내지 50중량%에 대하여 가소제 50 내지 80중량%를 첨가하고 용융 혼련하여 얻어진 조성물을 막형으로 용융 압출하고, 불화비닐리덴계 수지에 대하여 불활성인 액체로 한쪽 면에서부터 우선적으로 냉각하여 고화 성막한 후, 가소제를 추출하여 메쉬형 다공 여과수막을 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 용융 혼련 조성물의 형성 온도에서 불화비닐리덴계 수지와 상용성을 갖고, 불화비닐리덴계 수지와의 혼련물에 불화비닐리덴계 수지 단독의 결정화 온도와 거의 동등한 결정화 온도를 제공하는 폴리에스테르계 가소제이며, 가소제의 추출후의 다공막을 그의 외표면에서부터 5μm 이상 또한 막 두께의 1/2 이하의 깊이까지 선택적으로 습윤시킨 상태에서 연신하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 불화비닐리덴계 수지 다공막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 조성물의 결정화 온도 Tc', 용융 압출 온도 Td 및 수욕 온도 Tq 사이에 Td-Tc'≥30℃ 또한 Tc'-Tq≥60℃의 관계가 성립하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가, 수 평균 분자량이 1200 이상인 폴리에스테르계 가소제 외에 불화비닐리덴계 수지와의 상용성 억제제를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가, 상기 폴리에스테르계 가소제 50 내지 98중량%와 상용성 억제제로서의 단량체 에스테르계 가소제 2 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 가소제의 온도 25℃에 있어서의 점도가 1000mPa?s 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 가소제는 아디프산과 글리콜의 폴리에스테르인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 가소제는 분자쇄 말단이 탄소수 9 내지 18의 1가 알코올에 의해 캡핑되어 있는 폴리에스테르인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 불화비닐리덴계 수지가, 중량 평균 분자량 20만 내지 67만의 매트릭스용 불화비닐리덴계 수지(PVDF-I) 25 내지 98중량%와, 중량 평균 분자량이 PVDF-I의 1.8배 이상 120만 미만인 결정 특성 개질용 불화비닐리덴계 수지(PVDF-II) 2 내지 75중량부의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 중공사막형으로 용융 압출하고, 불화비닐리덴계 수지에 대하여 불활성인 액체로 외표면측에서부터 우선적으로 냉각하여 고화 성막하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불화비닐리덴계 수지와 가소제를 포함하는 상기 조성물의 DSC 측정에 의한 결정화 온도 Tc'(℃)가 140℃ 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 불화비닐리덴계 수지 다공막을 이용하여 피처리수를 여과할 때에 여과와 다공막의 피처리수측 표면의 폭기를 동시에 또는 교대로 행하는 여과수의 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 불화비닐리덴계 수지 다공막을 이용하여 피처리수를 여과하여 여과수를 얻는 공정, 및 상기 불화비닐리덴계 수지 다공막의 여과수측으로부터 약액을 주입하여 막을 세정하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과수의 제조 방법.
