Claims (10)
- (a) 불소계 고분자 수지 중에 가소제를 분산시켜 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 용액을 가압 성형하여 시트를 제조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 시트를 열처리하여 상기 가소제를 제거하여 상기 시트의 내부에 복수의 공극을 포함하는 필름을 제조하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 필름을 금형으로 가압하여 상기 필름의 표면을 패터닝하는 단계;를 포함하는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 고분자 수지는 퍼플루오로술폰산, 폴리(퍼플루오로술폰산), 폴리(퍼플루오로카르복실산), 술폰산기를 포함하는 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로비닐에테르의 공중합체, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐플루오라이드, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리헥사플루오로프로필렌 및 이들 중 2 이상의 공중합체 또는 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가소제는 미네랄오일, 파라핀오일, 파라핀왁스, 윤활유, 백유, 경유, 고체파라핀, 대두유, 유채유, 팜유, 야자유, 디-2-에틸헥실프탈레이트, 디부틸프탈레이트, 디이소노닐프탈레이트, 디이소데실프탈레이트, 비스(2-프로필헵틸)프탈레이트, 나프텐오일 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 분산은 20~40℃의 온도에서 30분~5시간 동안 수행되는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 가압 성형은 20~350℃의 온도 및 10~30㎫의 압력 하에서 수행되는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 상기 열처리는 50~150℃의 온도에서 20분~3시간 동안 수행되는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 상기 금형은 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK)으로 이루어진 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 상기 가압은 20~100℃의 온도 및 10~30㎫의 압력 하에서 수행되는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계 이후, (e) 상기 필름을 세척수로 세척하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 세척수는 정제수, 인산완충식염수, 에탄올 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인 치조골 재생 차폐막의 제조방법.
