Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 액정을 매개하여 상호 대향배치되는 기판과,상기 기판가운데 한쪽기판의 액정측의 각 화소영역에 다른 쪽의 기판을 매개하여 입사시키는 외래 빛을 반사시키는 화소전극을 구비하고,상기 화소전극은 그 표면에 돌출부가 산재되어 형성되어 있으며,상기 각 돌출부는 상기 화소전극을 평면적으로 본 경우에 다른 형태를 이루는 것이 2종류이상이고,상기 화소전극의 표면에 형성되는 돌출부는 상기 화소전극의 하층측에 위치부착되는 섬형태의 다층의 재료층에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층의 각 재료층은, 그 층의 수가 다른 것이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층의 각 재료층은, 그 하나의 층의 형태가 다른 섬형태의 다층의 재료층의 하나의 층의 형태와 다른 것이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층의 각 재료층은, 그 하나의 층의 형태의 중심위치가 다른 층의 형태의 중심위치에 대해서 이동하고 있는 것에 의해, 상기 각 돌출부는 상기 화소전극을 평면적으로 본 경우에 다른 형태를 이루는 것이 2종류 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층의 각 재료층은, 그 측벽에 형성되는 테이퍼에서 각도가 다른 것이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 한쪽 기판의 액정측의 면에 형성된 복수의 게이트신호선과,상기 한쪽기판의 액정측의 면에 상기 게이트신호선과 교차하여 형성된 복수의 드레인신호선을 구비하여,상기 화소영역은 근접하게 배치되는 상기 게이트신호선과, 근접하게 배치되는 상기 드레인신호선으로 포위된 영역이고,상기 화소영역에 편측의 상기 게이트신호선으로부터의 주사신호의 공급에 의해 구동되는 박막트랜지스터를 구비하여,상기 화소전극은 상기 박막트랜지스터를 매개하여 편측의 상기 드레인신호선으로부터 영상신호가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 상기 화소영역의 대부분에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 상기 화소영역의 일부분에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 한쪽 기판의 액정측의 면에 형성된 복수의 게이트신호선과,상기 한쪽기판의 액정측의 면에 상기 게이트신호선과 교차하여 형성된 복수의 드레인신호선을 구비하여,상기 화소영역은 근접하게 배치되는 상기 게이트신호선과, 근접하게 배치되는 상기 드레인신호선으로 포위된 영역이고,상기 화소영역에 편측의 상기 게이트신호선으로부터의 주사신호의 공급에 의해 구동되는 박막트랜지스터를 구비하여,상기 화소전극은 상기 박막트랜지스터를 매개하여 편측의 상기 드레인신호선으로부터 영상신호가 공급되고,상기 섬형태의 다층의 재료층은 상기 게이트신호선과 동일재료층; 상기 박막트랜지스터의 게이트절연막과 동일 재료층; 상기 드레인신호선과 동일 재료층; 상기 박막트랜지스터를 피복하는 보호막과 동일재료층 가운데 적어도 2개의 재료층의 적층체에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 9 에 있어서,상기 보호막은 유기재료, 혹은 무기재료와 유기재료의 순차적층체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층재료층은 무기재료에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 섬형태의 다층 재료층은, 상기 화소전극보다 하층에 위치부착되는 다른 구성요소와 동일한 무기재료에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 화소전극과 상기 섬형태의 다층의 재료층과의 사이에 유기재료층 혹은무기재료와 유기재료의 순차적층체를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
