- 화학 성분이, 질량%로:
C: 0.1 내지 0.6%;
Si: 0.02 내지 1.5%;
Mn: 0.3 내지 1.8%;
P: 0.025% 이하;
S: 0.001 내지 0.15%;
Al: 0.089 내지 0.241%;
Ti: 0.05 내지 0.2%;
N: 0.01% 이하;
O: 0.0025% 이하를 함유하고,
Cr: 0.4 내지 2.0%, Mo: 0.02 내지 1.5%, Ni: 0.1 내지 3.5%, V: 0.02 내지 0.5%, B: 0.0002 내지 0.005%의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 함유하고,
잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,
열간 압연 후의 베이나이트의 조직 분율이 30% 이하이며,
상기 열간 압연 후의 페라이트 결정입도 번호가 JIS G 0552에서 규정되어 있는 8 내지 11번이고,
상기 열간 압연 후의 강의 매트릭스 중의 길이 방향 단면에 있어서, Ti계 석출물의 최대 직경이 40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 침탄시의 조대 입자 방지 특성과 피로 특성이 우수한 표면 경화강. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학 성분이 질량%로,
Nb: 0.04% 미만을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 침탄시의 조대 입자 방지 특성과 피로 특성이 우수한 표면 경화강. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 표면 경화강을 사용하여, 부품 형상으로 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 침탄 부품.
- 화학 성분이, 질량%로:
C: 0.1 내지 0.6%;
Si: 0.02 내지 1.5%;
Mn: 0.3 내지 1.8%;
P: 0.025% 이하;
S: 0.001 내지 0.15%;
Al: 0.089 내지 0.241%;
Ti: 0.05 내지 0.2%;
N: 0.01% 이하;
O: 0.0025% 이하를 함유하고;
Cr: 0.4 내지 2.0%, Mo: 0.02 내지 1.5%, Ni: 0.1 내지 3.5%, V: 0.02 내지 0.5%, B: 0.0002 내지 0.005%의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 함유하고,
잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 강을 준비하고,
상기 강을, 1150℃ 이상의 온도에서 보열 시간 10분 이상 가열하여 선재 또는 봉강으로 열간 압연하고,
상기 열간 압연 후에 800 내지 500℃의 온도 범위를 1℃/초 이하의 냉각 속도로 서랭하고,
상기 열간 압연 후의 상기 강의 베이나이트의 조직 분율이 30% 이하이고,
상기 열간 압연의 마무리 온도가 840 내지 1000℃이고,
상기 열간 압연 후의 상기 강의 페라이트 결정입도 번호가, JIS G 0552에서 규정되어 있는 8 내지 11번인 것을 특징으로 하는, 침탄시의 조대 입자 방지 특성과 피로 특성이 우수한 표면 경화강의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 화학 성분이 질량%로 Nb: 0.04% 미만을 더 함유하는 상기 강을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 침탄시의 조대 입자 방지 특성과 피로 특성이 우수한 표면 경화강의 제조 방법.
