Abstract
또한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법은, 산과 골이 형성된 주름관의 일단부와, 주름관의 일단부가 삽입되는 주름관 연결구의 결합부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 용가재가 도포되는 용가재 도포단계와, 주름관의 일단부가 주름관 연결구에 형성된 걸림턱에 걸리도록 주름관 연결구에 형성된 결합부에 삽입되는 주름관 삽입단계 및, 주름관 연결구에 삽입된 주름관의 적어도 일부를 가열시켜 용가재에 의하여 주름관의 일단부와 주름관 연결구가 용접되도록 하는 주름관 용접단계를 포함한다.

Claims (14)
- 외면 또는 내면에 걸림턱이 형성된 주름관 연결구; 및
산과 골이 형성된 일단부가 상기 걸림턱에 걸리도록 상기 주름관 연결구의 적어도 일부에 삽입되고, 용가재에 의하여 상기 일단부가 상기 주름관 연결구에 용접되는 주름관;
을 포함하는 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 연결구는,
몸체부; 및
상기 몸체부보다 두께가 작게 형성되고, 상기 주름관의 일단부가 삽입되어 용접되는 결합부;
를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 걸림턱은 상기 몸체부와 상기 결합부 사이에 형성되는 단차부인 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 상기 단차부와 상기 주름관의 끝단면이 상기 용가재에 의하여 용접된 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 상기 산과 골 중 어느 하나 또는 산과 골이 다같이 상기 용가재에 의하여 상기 결합부와 용접된 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 상기 결합부에 삽입된 상기 주름관의 일단부의 골에 상기 용가재가 채워져 용접된 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 나선형의 산과 골이 형성되는 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 결합부의 외면 또는 내면과,
상기 결합부에 삽입된 상기 주름관의 일단부의 내면 또는 외면이 각각 대응되어 접촉되는 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 주름관에는 나선형의 산과 골이 형성되고,
상기 결합부는 상기 주름관의 상기 산과 골에 대응되는 나선형의 산과 골이 형성되어,
상기 주름관이 상기 결합부에 회전 결합되는 주름관 연결구가 결합된 주름관.
- 산과 골이 형성된 주름관의 일단부와, 상기 주름관의 일단부가 삽입되는 주름관 연결구의 결합부 중 적어도 어느 하나에 용가재가 도포되는 용가재 도포단계;
상기 주름관의 일단부가 상기 주름관 연결구에 형성된 걸림턱에 걸리도록 상기 주름관 연결구의 결합부에 삽입되는 주름관 삽입단계; 및
상기 주름관 연결구에 삽입된 상기 주름관의 적어도 일부를 가열시켜 상기 용가재에 의하여 상기 주름관의 일단부와 상기 주름관 연결구가 용접되도록 하는 주름관 용접단계;
를 포함하는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 용접단계는 1050℃ 내지 1150℃의 로 내부에서 수행되어 용접 공정 및 열처리 공정이 동시에 수행되는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 삽입단계는,
나선형의 산과 골이 형성된 상기 주름관이, 상기 주름관의 상기 산과 골에 대응되는 나선형의 산과 골이 형성된 상기 결합부에, 회전 결합되면서 삽입되는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 용접단계는 상기 걸림턱과 상기 주름관의 끝단면이 상기 용가재에 의하여 용접되는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항에 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 용접단계는,
상기 결합부와, 상기 결합부에 삽입된 상기 주름관의 일단부의 산과 골 중 어느 하나 또는 산과 골이 다같이 상기 용가재에 의하여 용접되는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 주름관 용접단계는,
상기 결합부에 삽입된 상기 주름관의 일단부의 골에 상기 용가재가 채워져 용접되는 주름관 연결구와 주름관의 결합방법.
