Claims (6)
- 절연전선에 있어서,절연물인 폴리아미드이미드 체인 중 이미드기 사이에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 밀착성 수지층; 및상기 밀착성 수지층의 상부에 형성되는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 폴리아미드이미드 중합체로 이루어진 내열성 수지층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에 포함된 R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 이미드기(Imide기) 및 이미드기-알킬렌기 중 어느 하나이며, 이때 상기 알킬렌기는 메틸렌 및 에틸렌 중 선택된 어느 하나이고,상기 화학식 1에 포함된 A는 , , , , , 및 중 선택된 어느 하나이고, 이때 상기 A로 선택되는 물질의 화학식 내에 표시된 R4는 각각 독립적으로 메틸 및 에틸 중 선택된 어느 하나의 알킬기이다.[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3에 포함된 m, n은 각 단량체의 몰분율로써, 0.5≤m≤0.9이고, 0.1≤n≤0.5이다.
- 절연전선에 있어서,절연물인 폴리아미드이미드 체인 중 이미드기 사이에 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 밀착성 수지층; 및상기 밀착성 수지층의 상부에 형성되는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 폴리아미드이미드 중합체로 이루어진 내열성 수지층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에 포함된 R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 이미드기(Imide기) 및 이미드기-알킬렌기 중 어느 하나이며, 이때 상기 알킬렌기는 메틸렌 및 에틸렌 중 선택된 어느 하나이고,상기 화학식 2에 포함된 R3는 메틸렌, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 중 선택된 어느 하나의 알킬렌기이고,상기 화학식 2에 포함된 A는 , , , , , 및 중 선택된 어느 하나이고, 이때 상기 A로 선택되는 물질의 화학식 내에 표시된 R4는 각각 독립적으로 메틸 및 에틸 중 선택된 어느 하나의 알킬기이다.[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3에 포함된 m, n은 각 단량체의 몰분율로써, 0.5≤m≤0.9이고, 0.1≤n≤0.5이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 R4는, 이미다졸기에 R4가 2개 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드이미드 중합체는, 그 분자량이 30,000 내지 90,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연전선은, 상기 내열성 수지층 상부에 자기윤활 폴리아미드이미드 수지층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 절연전선은, 밀착성 수지층, 내열성 수지층 및 자기윤활 수지층의 두께가 0.1∼0.9 : 0.9∼0.1 : 0.1의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
