Claims (11)
- 절연전선에 있어서,도체의 외면을 감싸도록 형성되며, 고분자 주쇄 중 이미드기 사이에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 밀착성 수지층; 및상기 밀착성 수지층의 상부에 위치하고, 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 유연성 수지층을 포함하되,상기 유연성 수지층의 폴리아미드이미드는 다가산 성분과 카르복시산 무수물을 포함하는 다가산 혼합물을 방향족 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시켜 생성한 물질로서, 반응시 상기 다가산 혼합물의 몰 수를 방향족 디이소시아네이트 몰 수에 대한 당량보다 더 많이 하여 얻은 폴리아미드이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에 포함된 R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 이미드기(Imide기) 및 이미드기-알킬렌기 중 어느 하나이며, 이때 상기 알킬렌기는 메틸렌 및 에틸렌 중 선택된 어느 하나이고,
- 절연전선에 있어서,도체의 외면을 감싸도록 형성되며, 고분자 주쇄 중 이미드기 사이에 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 밀착성 수지층; 및상기 밀착성 수지층의 상부에 위치하고, 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어진 유연성 수지층을 포함하되,상기 유연성 수지층의 폴리아미드이미드는 다가산 성분과 카르복시산 무수물을 포함하는 다가산 혼합물을 방향족 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시켜 생성한 물질로서, 반응시 상기 다가산 혼합물의 몰 수를 방향족 디이소시아네이트 몰 수에 대한 당량보다 더 많이 하여 얻은 폴리아미드이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에 포함된 R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 이미드기(Imide기) 및 이미드기-알킬렌기 중 어느 하나이며, 이때 상기 알킬렌기는 메틸렌 및 에틸렌 중 선택된 어느 하나이고,상기 화학식 2에 포함된 R3는 메틸렌, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 중 선택된 어느 하나의 알킬렌기이고,
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 R4는, 이미다졸기에 R4가 2개 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2의 화합물은, 이들을 포함하는 밀착성 수지층의 폴리아미드이미드 수지의 이미드 환의 몰 대비 1:1 내지 1:0.1의 몰비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 카르복시산 무수물은, 트리멜리트산 무수물(trimellitic anhydride, TMA), 피로멜리트산 무수물(PMDA), 3,4,3',4'-비페닐 테트라카르복시산 무수물(BPDA), 3,4,3',4'-벤조페논 테트라카르복시산 무수물(BTDA) 및 3,4,3',4'-디페닐술폰 테트라카르복시산 무수물(DSDA)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 단일물 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 다가산 성분은, 방향족 고리의 메타(meta)나 오르토(ortho) 위치에 위치에 카르복시산 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 다가산 성분은 이소프탈산, 오르토프탈산, 벤조페논, 디카르복시산, 3,4'-디페닐메탄디카르복시산, 3,3'-디페닐메탄디카르복시산, 3,4'-디페닐에테르디카르복시산, 3,3'-디페닐에테르디카르복시산, 3,4'-디페닐술폰디카르복시산, 3.3'-디페닐술폰디카르복시산, 아디프산, 데바크산 및 도데카디카르복시산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 단일물 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 다가산 혼합물 중 다가산 성분의 비율은 5 내지 80 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 유연성 수지층은, 디이소시아네이트 화합물 1 몰 대비 카르복시산 무수물 0.3∼1.0 몰, 다가산 성분 0.05∼0.8 몰의 비율로 반응시킨 폴리아미드이미드 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연전선은, 상기 유연성 수지층 상부에 자기윤활 폴리아미드이미드 수지층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 절연전선은, 밀착성 수지층, 유연성 수지층 및 자기윤활 수지층의 두께가 1∼9 : 9∼1 : 1의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
