Description
Claims (21)
- 금속 미립자를 함유한 금속촉매에 있어서, 금속 미립자의 입경이 3㎚이하이며, 또한, X선 광전자분석장치를 이용해서 측정된 금속 고유의 결합에너지 피크를 파형 분리해서 얻어지는 금속 미립자의 금속결합상태의 비율이 40%이상 90%이하이며, 연료전지용 촉매 또는 자동차 배기가스용 촉매로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,금속 미립자의 금속결합상태의 비율이 50~80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,금속 미립자가 백금, 팔라듐, 금, 은, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 코발트, 망간, 니켈, 철, 크롬, 몰리브덴 및 티탄으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속으로 이루어진 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,금속 미립자가 백금 미립자인 동시에, X선 광전자분석장치를 이용해서 측정된 백금 고유의 결합에너지 피크인 Pt4d5피크를 파형 분리함으로써 얻어지는 백금 미립자의 금속결합상태의 비율이 40%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,담체 입자를 분산시킨 액상의 반응계 중에서 석출 대상인 금속의 이온을 환원제의 작용에 의해 환원해서 담체 입자의 표면에 미립자 형상으로 석출시킴으로써, 다수의 금속 미립자가 담체 입자의 표면에 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,다수의 금속 미립자가 담체 입자의 표면에 담지되는 동시에, 서로 인접하는 금속 미립자의 중심간의 거리가 15㎚미만이며, 또한, 가장 가까이 접근하는 표면간의 거리가 0.3㎚이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 7항에 있어서,금속 미립자의 담지량이 10~60중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,다수의 금속 미립자가 담체 입자의 표면에 담지되는 동시에, 각 금속 미립자의 노출하고 있는 결정면방위가 (111)면에 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,다수의 금속 미립자가 담체 입자로서의 카본블랙의 표면에 담지되는 동시에, 카본블랙의 BET 비표면적이 500~15OO㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 10항에 있어서,카본블랙의 부피밀도가 10~50g/리터인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 제 10항에 있어서,카본블랙으로서, 쇄상 구조를 가지는 원료 카본블랙을 쇄상 구조를 절단하도록 분쇄 처리한 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 및 제 3항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 금속 미립자를 환원해서 산화상태를 저하시킴으로써, X선 광전자분석장치를 이용해서 측정된 금속 고유의 결합에너지 피크를 파형 분리함으로써 얻어지는 금속 미립자의 금속결합상태의 비율을 40%이상 90%이하로 조정하는 공정을 포함하되, 연료전지용 촉매 또는 자동차 배기가스용 촉매로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,금속 미립자를 액상 중에서 환원제의 작용에 의해서 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,환원제로서 환원하는 금속보다도 산화환원 전위가 열등한 환원제를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,금속 미립자가 백금 미립자인 동시에, 환원제로서 3가의 티탄 이온, 차아인산 나트륨, 히드라진, 2가~4가의 바나듐 이온 또는 수소화붕소 나트륨을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,금속 미립자를 기상 중에서 환원제의 작용에 의해서 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 또는 자동차 배기가스용 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,금속 미립자를 마이크로파에 의해 가열해서 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,금속 미립자를 전해액 속에서 전류를 흐르게 함으로써 전기화학적으로 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,금속 미립자의 금속결합상태의 비율을 조정하는 공정에 앞서, 담체 입자를 분산시킨 액상의 반응계 중에서 석출 대상인 금속의 이온을 환원제의 작용에 의해 환원해서 담체 입자의 표면에 미립자 형상으로 석출시킴으로써, 다수의 금속 미립자를 담체 입자의 표면에 담지시키는 공정을 포함하는 동시에, 금속의 이온을 환원해서 석출시키는 환원제로서 알코올류, 당알코올류 및 환원성 당류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속촉매의 제조방법.
