Claims (8)
- 셀렉트 레버의 위치를 검출하는 셀렉트위치 검출수단을 구비하며, 셀렉트 레버가 주행 레인지에 위치하고 있을 때 제1속을 포함하는 복수의 변속단을 전환하는 자동변속기에서,상기 셀렉트위치 검출수단에 의해 상기 셀렉트 레버가 파킹 또는 중립 레인지로부터 주행 레인지로 조작된 것이 검지되었을 때, 일단 제1속보다 고속측의 변속단에서 체결되는 체결장치를 체결시키는 제어수단을 갖고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 체결장치를 작동시키는 유압지령치를, 프리차지 후의 개시점 유압치로부터 일정한 구배로 상승시킴과 동시에, 상기 개시점 유압치를 운전환경에 따라 변화시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 엔진회전수검출수단을 갖고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 엔진회전수가 낮은 때는 상기 개시점 유압치를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 체결장치의 유온을 검출하는 유온검출수단을 갖고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 유온이 높을수록 상기 개시점 유압치를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 체결장치가 체결되면 즉시 상기 유압지령치를 강하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 자동변속기는 토크컨버터에 접속되어, 이 토크컨버터의 터빈회전수를 검출하는 터빈회전수 검출수단을 갖고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 터빈회전수가 미리 정해진 값 이하로 되었을 때 상기 체결장치가 체결된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고속측의 변속단이 최고 변속단인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,엔진의 스로틀 밸브의 개도를 검출하는 스로틀 밸브 개도 검출수단을 갖고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 스로틀 밸브 개도가 미리 정해진 값 이상일 때, 상기 체결장치를 체결시키는 제어를 중단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 체결장치가 체결되면 즉시 상기 유압지령치를 강하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
