Claims (13)
- 中心が回転中心となるように遠心分離機に装着される支持部と、
前記支持部に切断可能に接続された又は取外し可能に装着された分割部とを備え、
前記分割部は2つの流路と抽出部をもち、前記2つの流路は遠心力が作用する方向に対してほぼ並行に延び、遠心力が作用する方向の先端側でつながっており、一方の流路は試料を収容する容積をもち、遠心力が作用する方向の基端側に試料注入口となる開口をもつ試料用流路であり、他方の流路は遠心力が作用する方向の基端側に出口となる開口をもつ空気排出用流路であり、
前記抽出部は、前記試料用流路の一部分を含み、その部分を前記試料用流路の残部から切り離すための接続部をもち、切り離されたその部分にある遠心分離後の試料成分を抽出するものである遠心分離用器具。 - 前記接続部は、前記分割部の他の部分よりも薄く形成されているか、細い形成されているか、又は薄くかつ細く形成されている請求項1に記載の遠心分離用器具。
- 前記抽出部は、遠心分離された試料成分のうちの比重の軽い方の試料成分を抽出するように、前記試料用流路における前記試料注入口側の位置に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の遠心分離用器具。
- 前記試料用流路は前記試料注入口につながる流路と、前記流路につながる下流側の流路とを含んでおり、
前記下流側の流路は、遠心力が作用していない状態では液が流れこまないように入口の断面積が狭くなっている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記試料用流路は前記試料注入口につながる第1の流路と、第1の流路につながる第2の流路と、さらに第2の流路につながる第3の流路とからなり、
遠心力が作用していない状態では、第1の流路と第2の流路にある試料が第3の流路に流れ込まないように、第2の流路の断面積が第3の流路の断面積に対して小さく形成されている請求項4に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記試料注入口となる開口は前記分割部の表面に設けられ、試料注入用の器具が挿入される大きさをもっている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離用器具。
- 前記試料注入口となる開口は前記分割部の端面に設けられ、前記第1の流路の断面積は試料を前記試料注入口から毛細管現象により吸引する大きさに設定されており、
前記第1の流路には前記試料注入口とは反対側の位置に、遠心分離時はふさがれる開口が設けられているか、又は前記空気排出用流路の断面積が前記第1の流路の断面積と同じかもしくはそれ以上に設定されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記第1の流路はその内面と前記試料注入口となる開口が親水性になっている請求項7に記載の遠心分離用器具。
- 前記分割部はベース部材とカバー部材との接合体であり、
前記試料用流路及び空気排出用流路は両部材の接合界面に形成されており、
前記第3の流路の周囲の一部の接合界面の接合強度が該流路の周囲の他の部分の接合界面の接合強度よりも弱くなるように、その部分に隣接する空間が形成されている請求項5に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記支持部は円盤状をなし、前記円盤の円周上には前記分割部が複数個放射状に配置されて接続されており、
前記支持部と前記分割部の間を接続している部分は前記分割部の他の部分よりも薄く形成されているか、細い形成されているか、又は薄くかつ細く形成されている請求項1から9に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記支持部は円盤状をなし、前記円盤の表面上には前記分割部を複数個放射状に配置し、前記分割部を嵌めこんで装着する凹部が形成されており、
前記分割部と前記凹部は遠心力が作用したときに前記分割部が遠心力方向に移動するのを阻止する形状に構成されている請求項1から9に記載の遠心分離用器具。 - 前記支持部には、前記分割部を装着したときに前記抽出部に対応する位置に穴が開けられている請求項11に記載の遠心分離用器具。
- 前記支持部と前記分割部は、前記支持部に前記分割部が取りつけられた状態又は装着された状態において円盤状をなし、複数の円盤を積み重ねて保管できる形状に構成されている請求項1から12に記載の遠心分離用器具。
