Claims (9)
- 中心を通る回転軸線周りに回転可能な保持ディスクと、該保持ディスクに保持された取り外しが可能な検査カートリッジと、を有し、上記検査カートリッジは、凹部によって形成された容器及び流路を有する基板と、該容器及び流路を覆うカバーと、を有し、上記保持ディスクの回転によって生成される遠心力を利用して、上記回転軸線に対して内周側の容器から上記流路を経由して上記回転軸線に対して外周側の容器へ溶液を移動させるように構成された化学分析装置において、
上記容器内の溶液を攪拌するための攪拌手段と廃液を貯蔵する廃液貯蔵容器が設けられ、
上記攪拌手段は、上記容器の出口に接続された流路に接続された空気溜め容器を有し、遠心力が作用しているとき、上記容器内の溶液は上記空気溜め容器に進入し、遠心力が作用していないとき、上記空気溜め容器内に進入した溶液は上記容器内に戻るように構成され、
上記空気溜め容器は、上記容器と上記廃液貯蔵容器との間の廃液流路の内周側に設けられ、上記廃液流路の最内周部は上記空気溜め容器よりも下流側に位置し、上記廃液流路と上記空気溜め容器との接続位置は上記廃液流路の最内周部よりも外周側であることを特徴とする化学分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の化学分析装置において、上記容器内の溶液を加温するための加温手段が設けられていることを特徴とする化学分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の化学分析装置において、上記加温手段は、上記容器内に配置された磁性体と上記検査カートリッジより離れて設けられたコイルとを有し、上記コイルに高周波の交流電流を供給することによって上記磁性体内に渦電流を生成し、該渦電流によって上記容器内の溶液を加温することを特徴とする化学分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の化学分析装置において、上記容器内に配置された磁性体と上記検査カートリッジより離れて設けられたコイルと該コイルに電源を供給する電源装置とを有し、上記電源装置は、上記磁性体を攪拌手段として使用する場合には、上記コイルに直流電流を供給し、上記磁性体を加温手段として使用する場合には、上記コイルに高周波の交流電流を供給することを特徴とする化学分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の化学分析装置において、
上記基板には、試料を収容する試料容器と、上記試料に含まれる特定の物質を捕捉するための捕捉部と、上記捕捉部に捕捉された上記物質を溶離するための溶離液を保持する溶離液容器と、上記捕捉部から排出された上記物質を含む溶離液を収容する溶離液回収容器と、上記溶離液回収容器に収容された上記物質を含む溶離液より上記物質を検出するための検出試薬を保持するための検出試薬容器と、が設けられ、
上記廃液貯蔵容器は、上記捕捉部及び上記溶離液回収容器を経由して排出された溶液を回収し、
上記加温手段は、上記溶離液回収容器に設けられていることを特徴とする化学分析装置。 - 凹部によって形成された容器及び流路を有する基板と、該容器及び流路を覆うカバーと、を有し、上記基板に垂直な回転軸線周りの回転によって生成される遠心力を利用して、上記回転軸線に対して内周側の容器から上記流路を経由して上記回転軸線に対して外周側の容器へ溶液を移動させるように構成された化学分析カートリッジにおいて、
上記容器内の溶液を攪拌するための攪拌手段と廃液を貯蔵する廃液貯蔵容器が設けられ、
上記攪拌手段は、上記容器の出口に接続された流路に接続された空気溜め容器を有し、遠心力が作用しているとき、上記容器内の溶液は上記空気溜め容器に進入し、遠心力が作用していないとき、上記空気溜め容器内に進入した溶液は上記容器内に戻るように構成され、
上記空気溜め容器は、上記容器と上記廃液貯蔵容器との間の廃液流路の内周側に設けられ、上記廃液流路の最内周部は上記空気溜め容器よりも下流側に位置し、上記廃液流路と上記空気溜め容器との接続位置は上記廃液流路の最内周部よりも外周側であることを特徴とする化学分析カートリッジ。 - 請求項6記載の化学分析カートリッジにおいて、上記容器内の溶液を加温するための加温手段が設けられていることを特徴とする化学分析カートリッジ。
- 請求項7記載の化学分析カートリッジにおいて、上記加温手段は、上記容器内に配置された磁性体を有し、上記検査カートリッジより離れて設けられたコイルに高周波の交流電流を供給することによって上記磁性体内に渦電流を生成し、該渦電流によって上記容器内の溶液を加温することを特徴とする化学分析カートリッジ。
- 請求項7記載の化学分析カートリッジにおいて、
上記基板には、試料を収容する試料容器と、上記試料に含まれる特定の物質を捕捉するための捕捉部と、上記捕捉部に捕捉された上記物質を溶離するための溶離液を収容する溶離液容器と、上記捕捉部から排出された上記物質を含む溶離液を収容する溶離液回収容器と、上記物質を検出するために上記溶離液回収容器からの上記物質を含む溶離液を保持するための検出容器と、が設けられ、
上記廃液貯蔵容器は、上記捕捉部及び上記溶離液回収容器を経由して排出された溶液を回収し、
上記加温手段は、上記溶離液回収容器に設けられていることを特徴とする化学分析カートリッジ。
