(A)上述の試料採取装置2を用い、試料吸込口16を試料、例えば血液、に接触させる。試料は毛細管現象により導入流路10cから流路10aから流路10bへと吸引され、空気穴22まで吸入される。

Claims (15)
- 基端と先端をもち、基端側には試料吸込口となる開口をもつ装置本体と、
前記装置本体内に設けられて毛細管現象により試料を吸引できる細さをもち、前記装置本体の先端側でつながり先端側から基端側に延びる2本の流路部分をもち、前記流路部分の一方は前記試料吸込口に通じ、前記流路部分の他方は前記基端に至らない位置で終端している試料採取用の流路と、
前記他方の流路部分の終端部に通じる空気穴と、
前記装置本体の前記空気穴よりも先端側の前記2本の流路部分を一体的に含み、切断部により前記装置本体の他の部分から切断可能になっている抽出部と、
を備えた試料採取装置。 - 試料として血液を採取し、前記装置本体の基端側から先端側が遠心力の作用する方向になるように遠心分離処理を施したとき、前記抽出部には血漿成分又は血清成分がくるように、前記流路における前記抽出部の位置が設定されている請求項1に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記一方の流路部分は前記空気穴に相当する位置と前記試料吸込口の間の流路の太さが他の部分の流路の太さよりも細くなっている請求項1又は2に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記切断部は先端側から基端側に向かう方向に沿って等間隔に3つ以上設けられていることにより、前記抽出部は2つ以上設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記抽出部を通る2本の流路部分が等しい太さをもち、それらの2本の流路部分は互いに切り離すことができるように切断可能に一体化されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記流路の内面は親水性になっている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記流路の内面には血液の凝結を防止する抗凝固剤が設けられている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記装置本体の前記空気穴が設けられている面には、前記空気穴の先端側部分を覆うカバーが設けられている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記他方の流路部分の前記終端部に、毛細管現象により試料を吸引しない断面積を有する液溜まり空間が設けられている請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記液溜まり空間は、前記他方の流路部分の前記終端よりも前記装置本体の基端側にある前記一方の流路部分の内部容量以上の内部容量を有する請求項9に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記液溜まり空間の内面は疎水性になっている請求項9又は10に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記抽出部を通る流路部分のうち、前記抽出部が前記装置本体の他の部分から切断される切断部分を通る部分は他の流路部分よりも細くなっている請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 前記装置本体は前記抽出部よりも先端側に前記抽出部よりも幅が広くなった幅広部をもっている請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置。
- 下記のステップ(A)から(C)を含む試料前処理方法。
(A)請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の試料採取装置を用い、前記試料吸込口から毛細管現象により前記流路内に試料を吸引するステップ、
(B)その後、前記試料採取装置を円盤状のホルダの表面上に基端側を前記円盤の中心に向けて配置し、前記装置本体の基端側から先端側が遠心力の作用する方向になるように遠心分離処理を施すステップ、
(C)前記遠心分離処理の後、前記抽出部を前記装置本体から切り離して前処理液とともに反応容器に入れて前処理を施すステップ。 - 試料が血液であり、前記ステップ(C)の後、さらに有機溶媒を添加し、遠心分離処理を施すことにより除タンパク処理を行う請求項14に記載の試料前処理方法。
