Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2.5重量%の固形分を有する少なくとも1種の濃厚ストック成 分セルロース懸濁液から少なくとも2.5重量%の固形分を有する濃厚ストック セルロース懸濁液を形成する段階と、3meq/g未満の理論カチオン電荷密度 と少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有する第1の実質的に水溶性の合成ポリマ ー材料を濃厚ストック又は少なくとも1種の濃厚ストック成分懸濁液に加えるこ とにより濃厚ストックを凝集させる段階と、凝集濃厚ストックを希釈して2重量 %以下の固形分を有する希薄ストックを形成する段階と、希薄ストックをスクリ ーンで水切りしてシートを形成する段階と、シートを乾燥する段階とを含む製紙 方法。 2.水切り前に希薄ストックに凝固剤を加え、凝固剤が無機凝固剤及び/又は3 dl/g未満の固有粘度を有する第2の水溶性ポリマー材料から選択される請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.凝固剤がカチオン性無機凝固剤及び/又は3dl/g未満の固有粘度と4m eq/gを上回る理論カチオン電荷 密度を有する第2のポリマーから選択される請求項2に記載の方法。 4.凝固剤がジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドのポリマーである請求項3 に記載の方法。 5.凝固剤よりも後でかつ水切りの前にアニオンコロイド材料を希薄ストックに 添加する請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.水切りの前にアニオンコロイド材料を希薄ストックに添加する請求項1に記 載の方法。 7.アニオンコロイド材料が無機膨潤クレーである請求項5又は6に記載の方法 。 8.水切りの前にポリマー保持助剤を希薄ストックに添加する請求項1に記載の 方法。 9.第1のポリマーの添加量が濃厚ストックの濾液濁度をポリマーの不在下の濁 度の50%未満まで低下させるに十分な量である請求項1から8のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 10.第1のポリマーの量が濃厚ストックの最適濾液濁度を与える量の少なくと も25%である請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.パルパー、濃厚ストック混合チェスト及び濃厚ストッ ク保持チェストの1種以上を使用する装置で実施され、パルパー、保持チェスト 及び混合チェストの1種以上に第1のポリマーを加える請求項1から10のいず れか一項に記載の方法。
