Description
このように構成された加工機械によれば、安全帯接続部は、加工機械の天井部における外装カバーの内側に配置されるため、安全帯接続部が加工機械の最大機械高さに影響を与えることがなくなる。
このように構成された加工機械によれば、蓋部が開状態とされた場合に生じる開口部を通じて安全帯接続部が露出する構成を容易に得ることができる。
このように構成された加工機械によれば、加工機械における作業箇所に合わせて複数の蓋部のうちの少なくとも1つの蓋部を開状態とすることによって、適当な位置に開口部を設けることができる。
このように構成された加工機械によれば、安全帯接続部の剛性を十分に確保することで、安全帯を使用する作業者の安全性を高めることができる。
Claims (15)
- 加工機械の外観をなし、内部空間を区画形成する外装カバーと、
前記内部空間に配置され、安全帯を接続可能な安全帯接続部とを備え、
前記外装カバーは、開閉可能な蓋部を含み、
前記安全帯接続部は、前記蓋部が開状態とされた場合に前記外装カバーに生じる開口部を通じて前記内部空間の外側に露出し、
前記蓋部は、前記安全帯接続部により支持される、加工機械。 - 前記蓋部は、加工機械の天井部に配置される、請求項1に記載の加工機械。

- 前記蓋部を回動可能またはスライド可能に支持する支持部をさらに備え、
前記蓋部が回動動作またはスライド動作された場合に、前記外装カバーに前記開口部が生じる、請求項1または2に記載の加工機械。 - 前記外装カバーは、互いに独立して開閉可能な複数の前記蓋部を含む、請求項1、2および4のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。
- 前記安全帯接続部は、前記開口部がなす開口面に沿って一方向に延びるフレーム部を含む、請求項1、2、4および5のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。
- 前記安全帯接続部は、前記フレーム部に沿って配索されるロープをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の加工機械。
- 前記フレーム部は、閉断面のパイプ材からなる、請求項6または7に記載の加工機械。
- 加工機械の外観をなし、内部空間を区画形成する外装カバーと、
前記内部空間に配置され、安全帯を接続可能な安全帯接続部とを備え、
前記外装カバーは、開閉可能な蓋部を含み、
前記安全帯接続部は、前記蓋部が開状態とされた場合に前記外装カバーに生じる開口部を通じて前記内部空間の外側に露出し、さらに、
加工エリアに配置され、ワークに対して材料粉末を吐出するとともにレーザ光を照射する付加加工用ヘッドと、
前記付加加工用ヘッドから延出し、前記加工エリアの内部から外部に引き出され、前記付加加工用ヘッドに材料粉末およびレーザ光を供給するライン体と、
前記加工エリアの外部に設けられ、前記ライン体を支持するライン体支持部とを備え、
前記ライン体支持部は、前記蓋部が開状態とされた場合に前記外装カバーに生じる前記開口部を通じて前記内部空間の外側に露出する、加工機械。 - 前記蓋部は、加工機械の天井部に配置される、請求項9に記載の加工機械。
- 前記蓋部を回動可能またはスライド可能に支持する支持部をさらに備え、
前記蓋部が回動動作またはスライド動作された場合に、前記外装カバーに前記開口部が生じる、請求項9または10に記載の加工機械。 - 前記外装カバーは、互いに独立して開閉可能な複数の前記蓋部を含む、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。
- 前記安全帯接続部は、前記開口部がなす開口面に沿って一方向に延びるフレーム部を含む、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。
- 前記安全帯接続部は、前記フレーム部に沿って配索されるロープをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の加工機械。
- 前記フレーム部は、閉断面のパイプ材からなる、請求項13または14に記載の加工機械。
