Description
Claims (5)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向へ移動可能に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結されるとともに一端が前記シリンダ外へと突出するピストンロッドと、
前記伸側室に接続されるタンクと、
前記圧側室から前記伸側室へ向かう液体の流れに抵抗を与えるハード側減衰要素と、
前記ハード側減衰要素を迂回して前記圧側室と前記伸側室とを連通するバイパス路の開口面積を変更可能な電磁弁と、
前記バイパス路に前記電磁弁と直列に設けられるソフト側減衰要素と、
前記タンクから前記圧側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込バルブとを備え、
前記ハード側減衰要素は、オリフィスと、前記オリフィスと並列に設けられるリーフバルブとを有して構成され、
前記ソフト側減衰要素は、前記オリフィスよりも開口面積の大きい大径オリフィスを有して構成され、
前記ピストンは、前記ピストンロッドの他端に連結されており、
圧縮工程でのみ減衰力を発生する
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記ソフト側減衰要素は、前記大径オリフィスと並列に設けられるリーフバルブを有して構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記電磁弁は、通電量に比例して開度が変化する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記電磁弁は、前記バイパス路に接続されるポートが形成される筒状のホルダと、前記ホルダ内に往復動可能に挿入されて前記ポートを開閉可能なスプールと、前記スプールの移動方向の一方へ前記スプールを付勢する付勢ばねと、前記付勢ばねの付勢力と反対方向の推力を前記スプールに与えるソレノイドとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記圧側室と前記タンクとを連通する排出通路の開口面積を手動操作によって変更可能な手動バルブを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
