Claims (21)
- 一連の処理ステップを経てパッケージング容器を輸送するための輸送システム(100)であって、ガイド要素(104)および少なくとも一つの駆動要素(106)を含む経路をたどる少なくとも一つのエンドレスコンベア(102)と、前記エンドレスコンベアの長さに沿って割り当てられ、前記パッケージング容器を運搬するベース要素(108)とを具備し、
前記少なくとも一つの駆動要素(106)は、前記ベース要素(108)を受けるためのリセス(112)を備え、
前記ベース要素(108)は前記エンドレスコンベア(102)の長さに沿って任意の位置に開放可能かつスライド可能に取り付け及び再取り付けが可能であり、動作位置において前記ベース要素(108)は前記エンドレスコンベアに対して堅固に取り付けられて前記リセス(112)の位置と一致させられる、輸送システム。 - 各ベース要素は、前記ベース要素の中心線が前記エンドレスコンベアの中心線と交差するように、前記エンドレスコンベア上に対称的に配置される、請求項1に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記エンドレスコンベアは、垂直面内で互いに離間した状態で配置された二つのエンドレスワイヤを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記駆動要素は、前記エンドレスコンベアを受けるためのリセスを備える、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 推進力が、前記ベース要素を介して前記駆動要素から前記エンドレスコンベアへと伝達される、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ベース要素は、パッケージング容器を把持するためのグリッパー手段を備える、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ベース要素は、前記ベース要素に対する別個のグリッパー手段の結合のための結合部分を備える、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ベース要素またはグリッパー手段は、前記エンドレスコンベアの前記経路の少なくとも一部に沿って、関連付けられたガイド機構と協働するよう配置されたガイド手段を備える、請求項3又は4に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ガイド手段は、カムトラックの形態のガイド機構に追従するよう配置されたガイドピンを備える、請求項8に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ガイド機構は、充填ステップの間、前記グリッパー手段を傾斜させるよう構成される、請求項8又は9に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記処理ステップは、殺菌、充填および密封を含む、請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記エンドレスコンベアの有効経路長(L)は、隣接するベース要素間のピッチ(P)の整数(N)倍、すなわちL=N×Pである、請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ピッチは前記エンドレスコンベアの全延長にわたって一定である、請求項12に記載の輸送システム。
- 前記ピッチは、約±0.5mmの許容範囲を有する、請求項12又は13に記載の輸送システム。
- パッケージング容器を処理するための機械に、パッケージング容器のための輸送システムを配置するための方法であって、
前記機械を通過する経路をたどる少なくとも一つのエンドレスコンベアを配置するステップであって、前記経路はリセスを有するガイド要素を含んでいる、ステップと、
前記パッケージング容器を運搬するベース要素あるいはその少なくとも一部を前記リセス内に連続的に配置するステップと、
隣接するベース要素間の正確なピッチを得るために前記ガイド要素を用いて前記エンドレスコンベアに対して前記ベース要素を取り付けるステップと、
を備え、
前記ベース要素は前記エンドレスコンベアの長さに沿って任意の位置に開放可能かつスライド可能に取り付け及び再取り付けが可能であり、動作位置において前記ベース要素は前記エンドレスコンベアに対して堅固に取り付けられて前記リセスの位置と一致させられる、
