Description
Claims (13)
- 路面に取り付けられるレールと、
前記レールの先端に取り付けられ、衝撃が加わると前記レールに沿って押される前方支持部と、
前記レールの後端に取り付けられる後方支持部と、
前記前方支持部から前記後方支持部に至るように路面から一定の高さに取り付けられ、パンチによってパイプが拡管されながら衝撃を吸収する緩衝器と、
を含み、
前記前方支持部は、支持部フレームと、
前記レールを上から取り囲み、前記支持部フレームの側面厚さより大きくかつ、前記後方支持部側に突出するように形成されるスライダーと、
を含む、衝突衝撃吸収装置。 - 前記パンチは前記パイプの後方に取り付けられ、車両の衝突によって後方に押される前記パイプの後部を拡管する、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記前方支持部には突込突起が形成され、車両が衝突すると、前記突込突起が車両のバンパーにめり込むことによって滑りを防止する、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記前方支持部と前記後方支持部の間の前記レールに取り付けられて前記緩衝器を支持し、衝撃が加わると後方に押される中間支持部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記中間支持部は、支持部フレームと、
前記レールを上から取り囲むものであり、前記支持部フレームの側面厚さより大きくかつ、前記後方支持部側に突出するように形成されるスライダーと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。 - 前記レールは一本が取り付けられ、前記前方支持部、前記後方支持部及び前記中間支持部が前記レールに取り付けられ、前記前方支持部と前記中間支持部は左右に一定程度回動することができる、請求項4に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記緩衝器は、前記前方支持部と前記中間支持部との間、隣り合う前記中間支持部の間、及び、前記中間支持部と前記後方支持部との間に複数が配置され、前記パンチは前記後方支持部と前記中間支持部に固定されて前記パイプの後部を拡管する、請求項4に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記緩衝器は前記後方支持部側に行くほど設置数が増加する、請求項7に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記前方支持部から前記後方支持部に至るように取り付けられて前記前方支持部及び前記後方支持部を覆い、複数が設けられ、それぞれの先端が前記前方支持部または中間支持部に固定され、前記前方支持部と前記中間支持部が押されると互いに重なるスライドパネルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記スライドパネルには長手方向に多数の孔が一列に形成され、前記スライドパネルの後部に形成された孔にボルトが締結されることにより、前記スライドパネルが後方に押されるとき、前記孔が前記ボルトによって次第に破裂されながら衝撃を吸収する、請求項9に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記スライドパネルには長手方向にスリットが形成され、
前記スリットの幅がボルトの直径より小さく形成されることにより、前記スライドパネルが後方に押されるとき、前記ボルトが前記スリットを拡張しながら衝撃を吸収する、請求項9に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。 - 前記パンチは、後端が前記パイプの入口に挿合され、先端に行くほど直径が増加する拡管部を備えることにより、前記パイプを巻きながら拡管させる、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
- 前記前方支持部と前記後方支持部の間には緩衝材が満たされる、請求項1に記載の衝突衝撃吸収装置。
