(ポリアクリレートおよびPEO11質量%を有するエレクトロスピニングした繊維)
水1ml中にポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)0.41gを溶解することにより、本発明の他の実施例による水溶性ポリマーを更に含有する水性媒体中の少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーの本発明によるコロイド分散液を製造した。分散液、すなわちポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)ラテックスの固形分はそれゆえ約40質量%である。この混合物にポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)0.045gを添加した。
(ポリアクリレートおよびPEO20質量%を有するエレクトロスピニングした繊維)
この例においてはポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)ラテックス(水1mlに溶解したポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)0.41g)にポリエチレンオキシド0.084gを添加した。このコロイド水性分散液を例1に記載される条件下にエレクトロスピニングした。

水1mlにポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)0.34gを溶解することにより、少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーおよび主に水溶性ポリマーを有する他の本発明によるコロイド分散液を製造した。ポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)ラテックスの固形分はそれゆえ約35質量%である。この混合物にポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)0.238gを添加した。
(ポリアクリレートおよびPEO50質量%を有するエレクトロスピニングした繊維)
例1と同様にして、水溶性ポリマーとして、固形分に対してポリエチレンオキシド50質量%を有する、水中の40質量%の固形分を有するポリ(n−ブチルアクリレート)ラテックスのコロイド分散液を製造し、エレクトロスピニングした。引き続きこうして得られた繊維を水中、20℃でインキュベートした。

Claims (13)
- 水性媒体中の少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーのコロイド分散液をエレクトロスピニングするエレクトロスピニング法によるポリマー繊維の製造方法であって、前記コロイド分散液は、さらに、少なくとも0.1質量%の水中の溶解度を有する水溶性ポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、エレクトロスピニング法によるポリマー繊維の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーが0.1質量%未満の水中の溶解度を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーが、ポリ(p−キシリレン)、ポリビニリデンハロゲニド、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ(エチレン/プロピレン)(EPDM)、ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン、天然ポリマー、ポリカルボン酸、ポリスルホン酸、硫酸化された多糖類、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコシド、ポリアミド、ポリ(アルキル)スチレン、ポリアクリルニトリル、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリイミド、ポリフェニレン、ポリシラン、ポリシロキサン、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、ポリベンゾチアゾール、ポリオキサゾール、ポリスルフィド、ポリエステルアミド、ポリアリーレンビニレン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリウレタン、ポリスルホン、オルモセレン、シリコーン、完全芳香族コポリエステル、ポリ(アルキル)アクリレート、ポリ(アルキル)メタクリレート、ポリヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリメタクリルニトリル、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリイソプレン、ネオプレン、ブナN、ポリブタジエン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、変性セルロースおよび非変性セルロース、α−オレフィンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマー、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーが、主にアクリレート、スチレン、ビニルアセテート、ビニルエーテル、ブタジエン、イソプレン、メタクリレート、α−メチルスチレン、アクリルアミド、ビニルスルホン酸、ビニルスルホン酸エステル、ビニルエステル、ビニルアルコール、アクリルニトリル、ビニルスルホンおよび/またはビニルハロゲニドをベースとするホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである請求項3記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の主に水不溶性ポリマーの平均粒子直径が1nm〜1μmである請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリマーがホモポリマー、コポリマー、グラフトコポリマー、星形ポリマー、高分枝ポリマーおよびデンドリマーからなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリマーがポリエチレンオキシド、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、マレイン酸、アルギネート、コラーゲン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−N−ビニルピロリドン、これらの組合せ物、これらのコポリマー、これらのグラフトコポリマー、これらの星形ポリマー、これらの高分枝ポリマー、およびこれらのデンドリマーからなる群から選択される請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コロイド分散液の固形分が分散液に対して5〜80質量%である請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コロイド分散液が分散液の固形分に対して120質量%までの水溶性ポリマーを含有する請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エレクトロスピニング法により得られる繊維を互いに化学的に結合するかまたは架橋する請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られた繊維。
- 繊維が10nm〜50μmの直径を有する請求項11記載の繊維。
- 繊維が少なくとも50μmの長さを有する請求項11または12記載の繊維。
