Description
(1) 人工肺のハウジング内に収納され、気体透過性を有する中空糸膜が多数本集積された中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置される筒状のフィルタ部材であって、
少なくとも周方向に伸縮性を有し、
前記中空糸膜層の外周の長さをL1、前記フィルタ部材の外力を付与しない自然状態での内周の長さをL2としたとき、0.5≦L2/L1<1の条件を満足し、
血液中の気泡を捕捉する機能を有するものであることを特徴とするフィルタ部材。
前記フィルタ部材は、前記ガス交換用中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置される上記(1)ないし(9)のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。
前記ハウジング内に収納され、気体透過性を有する中空糸膜が多数本集積された中空糸膜層と、
前記各中空糸膜の内腔をガス流路として、当該ガス流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられたガス流入部およびガス流出部と、
前記各中空糸膜の外側を血液流路として、当該血液流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられた血液流入部および血液流出部と、
前記中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置された上記(1)ないし(10)のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材とを有することを特徴とする人工肺。
前記ハウジング内に収納され、気体透過性を有する中空糸膜が多数本集積された中空糸膜層と、
前記各中空糸膜の内腔をガス流路として、当該ガス流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられたガス流入部およびガス流出部と、
前記各中空糸膜の外側を血液流路として、当該血液流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられた血液流入部および血液流出部と、
血液中の気泡を捕捉する機能を有し、前記中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置され、細線で構成された筒状のフィルタ部材とを有し、
前記フィルタ部材は、少なくとも周方向に伸縮性を有し、当該周方向に伸長された状態で前記中空糸膜層の外周に装着され、かつ、前記フィルタ部材を構成する細線の方向が前記フィルタ部材の周方向と一致しないように配置されていることを特徴とする人工肺。

- 縦糸と横糸とを交差させてなるシートで構成されている請求項1に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記縦糸または前記横糸の方向がフィルタ部材の周方向に対し傾斜した方向に配置されている請求項3に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記フィルタ部材の目開きは、80μm以下である請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。
- 親水性を有するものである請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。
- シート状の部材を環状に丸め、その端部同士を帯状に接合したものである請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記接合は、融着または接着によりなされており、該接合部は、フィルタ部材の幅方向に対し傾斜した方向に延在している請求項7に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記中空糸膜層は、全体形状としてほぼ円筒状をなしている請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記中空糸膜層は、ガス交換能を有するガス交換用中空糸膜が多数本集積されたガス交換用中空糸膜層で構成され、
前記フィルタ部材は、前記ガス交換用中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置される請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材。 - ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収納され、気体透過性を有する中空糸膜が多数本集積された中空糸膜層と、
前記各中空糸膜の内腔をガス流路として、当該ガス流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられたガス流入部およびガス流出部と、
前記各中空糸膜の外側を血液流路として、当該血液流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられた血液流入部および血液流出部と、
前記中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置された請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のフィルタ部材とを有することを特徴とする人工肺。 - ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収納され、気体透過性を有する中空糸膜が多数本集積された中空糸膜層と、
前記各中空糸膜の内腔をガス流路として、当該ガス流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられたガス流入部およびガス流出部と、
前記各中空糸膜の外側を血液流路として、当該血液流路の上流側および下流側にそれぞれ設けられた血液流入部および血液流出部と、
血液中の気泡を捕捉する機能を有し、前記中空糸膜層の外周に密着するように設置され、細線で構成された筒状のフィルタ部材とを有し、
前記フィルタ部材は、少なくとも周方向に伸縮性を有し、当該周方向に伸長された状態で前記中空糸膜層の外周に装着され、かつ、前記フィルタ部材を構成する細線の方向が前記フィルタ部材の周方向と一致しないように配置されていることを特徴とする人工肺。
