Description
Claims (11)
- 噴射弁(10)の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに駆動電圧(U)を印加した際の噴射弁(10)の機能動作を評価するための方法において、
(a)内燃機関(14)へのトルクを生成しない噴射のために、噴射弁(10)の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに駆動電圧を印加するステップ;
(b)前記内燃機関(14)に配置された排気管(22)内の燃料含有量(R(U))を検出するステップ;
(c)検出された前記比較値を、予め設定された比較値(R0)と比較するステップ;
(d)比較結果に基づいて噴射弁(10)の機能動作を評価するステップ、
を特徴とする方法。 - 検出された前記燃料含有量(R(U))が前記比較値(R0)よりも小さい場合には、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータへの駆動電圧(U)の印加が噴射弁(10)の開放を引き起こしていないことが確認され、
検出された前記燃料含有量(R(U))が前記比較値(R0)よりも大きい場合には、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータへの駆動電圧(U)の印加が噴射弁(10)の開放を引き起こしたことが確認される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記排気管(22)内の燃料含有量(R(U))は、ラムダセンサ(24)によって検出される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)は、内燃機関(12)に噴射され得る燃料の燃焼時にトルクが生成されないピストン位置において実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)は、内燃機関(12)に噴射され得る燃料がもはや点火されないピストン位置において実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 - レール圧力(p)が測定され、該レール圧力(p)に基づいて前記噴射弁(10)の機能動作が評価される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 方法開始時に、前記駆動電圧(U)のための初期値(U0)が予め設定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 検出された前記燃料含有量(R(U))が前記比較値(R0)よりも小さい場合に、駆動電圧(U)が所定の第1電圧差(ΔU)だけ増加され、
少なくとも1つのアクチュエータへ印加した際に噴射弁(10)の開放を引き起こす駆動電圧(U)を、新しく決定される駆動電圧(Un(p))として検出するために、前記ステップ(a)〜(c)が少なくとも1回繰り返される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 検出された前記燃料含有量(R(U))が前記比較値(R0)よりも大きい場合に、駆動電圧(U)が所定の第2電圧差だけ低減され、
少なくとも1つのアクチュエータへ印加した際に噴射弁(10)の開放が検出される最も小さい駆動電圧(U)を、新しく決定される駆動電圧(Un(p))として検出するために、前記ステップ(a)〜(e)が少なくとも1回繰り返される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の方法。 - 前記新しく決定された駆動電圧(Un(p))に基づいて、レール圧力に基づく最適な駆動電圧のための特性曲線が決定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7または8記載の方法。 - 噴射弁(10)の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに駆動電圧(U)を印加した際の噴射弁(10)の機能動作を評価するための装置(36)において、
該装置は、出力装置(36b)と、受信装置と、比較装置(36c)とを備えており、
前記出力装置(36b)は、噴射弁(10)の制御装置(32)に出力された、駆動電圧(U)を備える制御信号(42)によって、トルクを形成しない噴射のために少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに駆動電圧(U)が印加されるように噴射弁(10)を制御し;
前記受信装置は、内燃機関(12)に配置された排気管(22)内にて検出された燃料含有量(R(U))に関して、車両自身のセンサによって提供された情報を受信するように構成されており;
前記比較装置(36c)は、検出された前記燃料含有量(R(U))を予め設定された比較値(R0)と比較し、該比較結果に基づいて噴射弁(10)の機能動作を評価する;
ことを特徴とする装置。
