- 선택 제어신호에 대응하여 인젝터의 구동 특성을 검출하여 선택신호를 출력하는 인젝터 특성 검출부;
상기 인젝터의 특성 편차 보정을 위한 인자를 선택하는 상기 선택 제어신호를 상기 인젝터 특성 검출부에 출력하는 선택 제어부;
상기 선택신호에 대응하는 인자의 변화 값을 확인하되, 상기 인젝터의 동작에 대응하는 전압 또는 전류 값의 변화를 검출하여 상기 인젝터의 클로징 포인트를 체크하는 선택 확인부;
상기 선택 확인부의 출력에 따라 상기 인젝터의 특성에 대응한 편차 보상 값을 연산하여 보정신호를 출력하는 편차 보상부;
상기 보정신호에 대응하여 보정 클록을 생성하는 제어부; 및
상기 보정 클록에 대응하여 상기 인젝터의 구동을 제어하는 출력 구동부를 포함하고,
상기 선택 제어부는
상기 선택 확인부에서 인가된 센싱 정보를 기 설정된 인젝터 정보와 비교하여 상기 전압 또는 상기 전류 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터 특성 보정 장치. - 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터 특성 검출부는
상기 인젝터의 구동 전압을 센싱하는 전압센서;
상기 인젝터의 구동 전류를 센싱하는 전류센서; 및
상기 선택 제어신호에 대응하여 상기 전압센서 및 상기 전류센서의 출력 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 선택부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터 특성 보정 장치. - 삭제
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 선택 확인부는
첫 번째 인젝터 동작이 클로징 되면 상기 전압의 기울기 변화를 체크하여 클로징 포인트를 확인하고, 두 번째 인젝터 동작이 클로징 되면 상기 전류의 변화를 검출하여 상기 클로징 포인트를 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터 특성 보정 장치. - 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 선택 제어부는
상기 선택 확인부의 출력에 대응하여 상기 인자로 상기 전압 또는 상기 전류 중 어느 하나를 선택하기 위한 상기 선택 제어신호를 상기 인젝터 특성 검출부에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터 특성 보정 장치.
