Claims (19)
- 金属製の永久鋳型内で鋳造された、内燃機関に用いられる、いわばモノリシックなシリンダクランクケーシングであって、当該シリンダクランクケーシング内に浸透させられた含浸体(1)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、含浸体が、誘導溶接された、溶融液状に結合された連続気泡性の成形体(1)から形成されており、含浸体の気孔率が、20%〜70%の間にあり、鋳包み鋳造材料が、含浸体内に完全に浸透させられていて、金属間相を形成していることを特徴とする、シリンダクランクケーシング。
- 成形体(1)が、鉄および/または非鉄ベースの金属粒子(7,9)から形成されている、請求項1記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 金属粒子(7,9)が、0.1mm〜1.5mmの平均的なサイズを有している、請求項2記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 含浸体(1)の表面(3)が被覆されており、該表面(3)が、酸化されているかまたは窒化されているかまたは有機質の被膜を備えている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 含浸体(1)が、シリンダ摺動路を形成する中空円筒状の含浸体(1)であるかまたは支承シェルの少なくとも一部を形成する含浸体(1)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 当該シリンダクランクケーシングが、軽金属合金(8,10)から形成されており、含浸体(1)が、軽金属合金(8,10)によって完全に含浸させられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 含浸体(1)が、鉄および/またはニッケルおよび/またはクロムおよび/またはマンガンおよび/またはこれらの合金から形成されており、材料の少なくとも1回の部分的な変換が行われており、これによって、複合材料および/または金属間相が形成されている、請求項6記載のシリンダクランクケーシング。
- 導電性の金属粒子(7,9)から成る成形体(1)を誘導電流で負荷し、金属粒子(7,9)をその接触箇所で溶融液状に結合して、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシリンダクランクケーシングに用いられる含浸体(1)を製作するための方法において、成形体(1)を、0.1mm〜1.5mmの平均的なサイズを備えた金属粒子(7,9)から振動下でまたは圧力負荷された流込みによって形成することを特徴とする、含浸体を製作するための方法。
- 成形体(1)を、金属粒子(7,9)とスペーサとから成る混合物から形成し、この場合、スペーサとして有機質のかつ/または無機質の成分を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
- スペーサとして樹脂および/またはプラスチックおよび/またはセルロースおよび/またはゼラチンおよび/または塩を使用する、請求項9記載の方法。
- スペーサを誘導溶接の間にガス化し、これによって、20%〜70%の気孔率を備えた多孔質の成形体を形成する、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 成形体(1)を、1kHz〜400kHzの波長を備えた誘導中周波範囲で負荷する、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製作された含浸体であって、当該含浸体が、導電性の金属粒子(7,9)から成る粉末から形成されており、当該含浸体内で金属粒子(7,9)が、誘導電流によって溶融液状に結合されている形式のものにおいて、当該含浸体(1)が、金属粒子(7,9)および/または有機質のスペーサおよび/または無機質のスペーサから成る粉末から形成されており、スペーサによって、当該含浸体(1)の気孔率が調整可能であることを特徴とする、含浸体。
- 当該含浸体(1)が、連続気泡性の発泡金属である、請求項13記載の含浸体。
- 当該含浸体(1)が、20%〜70%の間の気孔率を有している、請求項13または14記載の含浸体。
- 当該含浸体(1)の表面(3)が、被覆、特に酸化されているかまたは窒化されているかまたは有機質の被膜を備えている、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項記載の含浸体。
- 含浸体(1)を鋳造金型内に挿入し、次いで、軽金属合金(8,10)を鋳造金型内に注ぎ込んで、請求項14から17までのいずれか1項記載の浸透させられた含浸体(1)を備えた、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシリンダクランクケーシングを製作するための方法において、軽金属合金(8,10)を圧力下で凝固させることを特徴とする、シリンダクランクケーシングを製作するための方法。
- 含浸体(1)を挿入前に300℃〜800℃の温度に加熱する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 軽金属合金(8,10)を10〜20barの圧力下で含浸させ、最大1000barで凝固させる、請求項17または18記載の方法。
