Abstract
【解決手段】このドリルジャンボ1(トンネル用作業機械)は、油圧ポンプ3と、その油圧ポンプ3からの圧油で駆動する作業用のアクチュエータ4とを備えており、さらに、ディーゼルエンジン7と、そのディーゼルエンジン7にその出力で発電可能に接続された発電機5と、油圧ポンプ3を駆動可能な電動モータ6と、その電動モータ6への電力の供給および前記発電機5からの充電が可能にそれぞれに接続されたバッテリ8とを備えている。

Description
そこで、例えば特許文献1に記載の技術では、エンジン(内燃機関)および電動モータのそれぞれによって負荷を駆動可能な、いわゆるハイブリッド方式を備える建設機械用モータが提案されている。なお、同文献に記載の建設機械用モータは、回生エネルギー制御等に係る構成は特に有しない。
そこで、本発明は、このような問題点に着目してなされたものであって、坑内の空気の汚染を防止または抑制するとともに、使用範囲を拡大し得るトンネル用作業機械を提供することを目的としている。
図1は本発明に係るトンネル用作業機械の一実施形態であるドリルジャンボの概略説明図である。
このドリルジャンボ1は、作業用のアクチュエータとして周知の構成を備えたものであり、すなわち、同図に示すように、前後にアウトリガ16を備えた台車2に、ドリフタ14、ガイドシェル15およびブーム13を備えてなる穿孔ユニット20、並びに、作業台11の作業台ブーム10等が作業用のアクチュエータとして搭載されている。
このドリルジャンボ1は、図1(a)に示すように、台車2内の後部中央に、エンジンとしてディーゼルエンジン7を備えている。そして、このディーゼルエンジン7には、その出力軸に、発電機5が接続されている。また、この発電機5の上方には、図1(b)に示すように、電動モータ6が配置されている。そして、この電動モータ6は、その出力軸に、油圧ポンプ3が接続されている。さらに、この油圧ポンプ3は、台車2内の中央に配置されている油圧モータ4に(図1(a)参照)、油圧回路30を介して接続されており、この油圧モータ4は、図2に示すように、油圧ポンプ3からの圧油で駆動し、ドリルジャンボ1の各装置の作業用のアクチュエータ4として駆動可能になっている。
次に、このドリルジャンボ1のアクチュエータ駆動系統の動作、およびその作用・効果について図3〜図7を適宜参照しつつ説明する。
なお、本発明に係るトンネル用作業機械は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しなければ種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、本発明に係るトンネル用作業機械として、ドリルジャンボを例に説明したが、これに限定されず、本発明に係るトンネル用作業機械としては、例えば、コンクリート吹付機、支保工エレクター、ローディングショベル、ロードヘッダ、ブームヘッダ、シャフトローダ、または高所作業車等にも適用可能である。

Claims (2)
- トンネル内での作業に用いられ、油圧ポンプと、その油圧ポンプからの圧油で駆動する作業用のアクチュエータとを備える作業機械であって、
エンジンと、そのエンジンにその出力で発電可能に接続された発電機と、前記油圧ポンプを駆動可能な電動モータと、その電動モータへの電力の供給および前記発電機からの充電が可能にそれぞれに接続されたバッテリとを備えていることを特徴とするトンネル用作業機械。 - 外部電源を前記バッテリおよび電動モータに供給可能なケーブルリールを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトンネル用作業機械。
