Description
そこで、例えば特許文献1に記載の技術では、エンジン(内燃機関)および電動モータのそれぞれによって負荷を駆動可能な、いわゆるハイブリッド方式を備える建設機械用モータが提案されている。なお、同文献に記載の建設機械用モータは、回生エネルギー制御等に係る構成は特に有しない。
そこで、本発明は、このような問題点に着目してなされたものであって、坑内の空気の汚染を防止または抑制するとともに、使用範囲を拡大し得るトンネル用作業車両を提供することを目的としている。
図1に示すように、このドリルジャンボ1は、走行用の車輪9を備えた台車2内の後部中央に、エンジン(内燃機関)としてディーゼルエンジン7を備えている。そして、このディーゼルエンジン7には、その出力軸に、動力伝達を断続可能なクラッチ6を介して電動機5が接続されている。ここで、この電動機5の動力伝達軸は、その軸端が自身の両側に張り出すとともに各軸端に負荷をそれぞれ接続可能になっており、その動力伝達軸の一端にディーゼルエンジン7が接続されており、他端には、同図に示すように、油圧ポンプ3が接続されている。さらに、この油圧ポンプ3は、台車2内の中央に配置されている油圧モータ4に油圧回路30を介して接続されており、この油圧モータ4は、油圧ポンプ3からの圧油で駆動し、ドリルジャンボ1を走行可能になっている。
上述したように、このドリルジャンボ1は、油圧ポンプ3と、その油圧ポンプ3からの圧油で駆動する走行用の油圧モータ4とを備えており、さらに、油圧ポンプ3を駆動可能な電動モータおよび発電機を兼ねる電動機5と、その電動機5との間で電気エネルギーを受け渡しする大容量のバッテリ8と、電動機5に、動力伝達を断続可能なクラッチ6を介して接続されたディーゼルエンジン7とを備えているので、例えば図3に示すように、ディーゼルエンジン7を停止し且つクラッチ6を分離し、さらに、大容量のバッテリ8によって電動機5に電力を供給することによって電動機5を電動モータとして動作させ、その電動機5で油圧ポンプ3を駆動して必要な圧油を油圧モータ4に供給することによって油圧モータ4で走行することができる(第一の走行状態)。したがって、この第一の走行状態では、大容量のバッテリ8から供給された電力で電動機5を電動モータとして動作させて走行するので、坑内の空気の汚染を防止または抑制しつつ必要な作業を行うことができる。
なお、本発明に係るトンネル用作業車両は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しなければ種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、本発明に係るトンネル用作業車両として、ドリルジャンボを例に説明したが、これに限定されず、本発明に係るトンネル用作業車両としては、例えば、コンクリート吹付機、支保工エレクター、ローディングショベル、ロードヘッダ、ブームヘッダ、シャフトローダ、または高所作業車等にも適用可能である。

- トンネル内での作業に用いられ、油圧ポンプと、その油圧ポンプからの圧油で駆動する走行用の油圧モータとを備える作業車両であって、
