Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のマルチ型空気調和機は、複数の室外機10と複数の室内機40とをそれぞれ液接続配管35とガス接続配管36に並列に接続して冷凍サイクルを構成し、室外機10は、ガス冷媒配管と弁を介して接続される圧縮機11と、この圧縮機と接続される室外熱交換器14と、この室外熱交換器と接続されるレシーバ25と、このレシーバと液冷媒配管との間に設けられる自動開閉弁23とを備えている。ここで、室外機は、運転が停止しているとき、自動開閉弁23が閉となるように制御されるため、運転する室外機と停止する室外機が混在しても、停止する室外機のレシーバに冷媒が溜まり込むことはなく、冷媒循環量の低下を抑えることができる。

Description
図3は本発明のマルチ型空気調和機の冷凍サイクルのさらに他の実施例を示す系統図であり、図2と同じ冷凍サイクルの暖房運転の例である。本実施例においても、停止室外機は自動開閉弁23を閉とすることで、停止室外機に液冷媒を溜めないようにしている。また、暖房運転室外機の自動開閉弁23は開くことにより、ブリッジ回路に逆止弁と同様の機能を持たせるようにしている。
図4は本発明のマルチ型空気調和機の冷凍サイクルのさらに他の実施例を示す系統図であり、冷房運転と暖房運転の同時マルチの一例である。本実施例においても、停止室外機は自動開閉弁23を閉とすることで、停止室外機に液冷媒を溜めないようにしている。また、停止室外機のガス配管が低圧側に引かれる場合は、四方弁をすべて冷房モードに設定するようにしている。

Claims (4)
- 複数の室外機と複数の室内機とをそれぞれ液接続配管とガス接続配管に並列に接続し、前記複数の室外機と前記複数の室内機との間で冷媒を循環させるマルチ型空気調和機において、
前記室外機は、前記ガス冷媒配管と弁を介して接続される圧縮機と、該圧縮機と接続される室外熱交換器と、該室外熱交換器と接続されるレシーバと、該レシーバと前記液冷媒配管との間に設けられる自動開閉弁とを備え、前記室外機は、運転が停止しているとき、前記自動開閉弁が閉となるように制御されることを特徴とするマルチ型空気調和機。 - 複数の室外機と複数の室内機とをそれぞれ液接続配管と低圧ガス接続配管と高圧ガス冷媒配管に並列に接続し、前記複数の室外機と前記複数の室内機との間で冷媒を循環させ、前記低圧ガス接続配管及び前記高圧ガス接続配管と前記各室内機とを接続する配管経路にそれぞれ開閉弁を設けたマルチ型空気調和機において、
前記室外機は、前記高圧ガス冷媒配管及び前記低圧ガス冷媒配管と弁を介して接続される圧縮機と、該圧縮機と接続される室外熱交換器と、該室外熱交換器と接続されるレシーバと、該レシーバと前記液冷媒配管との間に設けられる自動開閉弁とを備え、前記室外機は、運転が停止しているとき、前記自動開閉弁が閉となるように制御されることを特徴とするマルチ型空気調和機。 - 前記室外機は、前記レシーバの入口側と出口側の接続を、出口側から入口側に順方向の第1の逆止弁と順方向の第2の逆止弁とを直列に接続した経路と、出口側から順方向の第3の逆止弁と順方向の第4の逆止弁とを直列に接続した経路とを並列に接続してブリッジ状に形成し、前記第1の逆止弁と第2の逆止弁との接続点は、前記室外熱交換器と連通し、前記第3の逆止弁と第4の逆止弁との接続点は、前記液冷媒配管と連通してなるブリッジ回路を備え、前記第4の逆止弁は、前記自動開閉弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマルチ型空気調和機。
- 前記室外機は、冷房運転中に前記自動開閉弁が閉となることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマルチ型空気調和機。
