Abstract
Description
共押出ラインを使用して、152℃のDSC軟化点を有するポリプロピレンの核となる層B及び135℃のDSC軟化点を有するプロピレンランダムコポリマーの2つのトップ層Aからなるフィルムが製造された(ABA構造)。A:B:Aの重量比は5:90:5であった。
実施例1において定義された方法で製造されたフィルムから製造されたテープが布へと織られた。一層の布が真空形成法のための「陽」モールドの上に置かれた。
型の内側の表面に、アルベオ(Alveo)(商標)フォーム(4mm、積水製、日本)の基材を有する熱可塑性オレフィン(TPO)の層が施与された。実施例2において記載された一層の布の14枚の層が該層の上に堆積された。該層は101トンの圧力(水平面上で20.4barに対応する)で圧縮されて、車のドア用のパネルを形成した。この部品の一体化は良好であった。別のパネルが同じようにして145トン(水平面上で29.2bar)の圧力で製造され、該圧力はずっと良好な一体化をもたらした。
99.5重量%のポリエチレン(スタミラン(Stamylan)(商標)(サビック(Sabic)製)及び0.5重量%のフォームマスターバッチを含む試験棒がピュア(PURE)(商標)(ランクホルスト−インダテク(Lankhorst-Indetech)B.V.)シート物質と共にあるいはなしで射出成形された。3,9、又は12のいずれかの枚数のピュア(商標)シート物質が試験棒の反対側に施与された。(該略図については図1を参照のこと:1=試験棒の核(スタミラン/フォーム);2=ピュア(商標)層)。
ピュア(商標)シート物質の物品への接着がすべての場合において良好であった。
個々の試験棒の種類のうち、2つの試験棒が、ツビック(Zwick)試験台上で3点曲げ試験に付された。

- 延伸された熱可塑性ポリマーのテープ、フィルム又はヤーンを物品の少なくとも1の表面に接着することを含む、物品を強化する方法。
- 上記物品が固体の熱硬化性物質又は熱可塑性物質を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記物品が上記テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンと本質的に同じ組成の熱可塑性物質を含み、該方法が場合によってさらに、強化された物品をリサイクルすることを含んでいてもよい、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱処理により、及び/又は圧力をかけることにより、上記テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンが上記物品に接着されるところの、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンが織布又は不織布の形であるところの、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンがポリエステル及び/又はポリオレフィン、好ましくはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又はそれらの組合せを含むところの、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンが、第一の熱可塑性ポリマーの中央の層(B)及び第二の熱可塑性ポリマーの1又は2の他の層(A)から実質的に構成されたAB又はABAタイプの延伸された熱可塑性ポリマーであり、上記他の層(A)の物質のDSC融点が上記中央層(B)の物質のDSC融点より低いところの、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記テープ、フィルム、又はヤーンが、12より高い延伸比を有し、かつ少なくとも5GPa、好ましくは少なくとも10GPaのE−モジュラスを有する、単軸延伸された熱可塑性ポリマーであるところの、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンから選択されたポリオレフィンの中央層(B)、及び中央層Bの物質と同じ種類からのポリオレフィンの1又は2の他の層(A)から実質的に構成され、上記他の層(A)のDSC融点は上記中央層(B)の物質のDSC融点より低く、中央層(B)は物質の50〜99重量%であり、他の層(A)は1〜50重量%であるところの、請求項7又は8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 強化する物質として機能する成形された物質へとテープ、フィルム、又はヤーンを形成する工程、及び成形された物質の少なくとも一部に被覆層、好ましくは表面仕上げを施与する工程を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成形された物質の少なくとも一部の上にフォームの層が施与され、該フォームの少なくとも一部の上に被覆層を施与するところの、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 被覆層及び/又はフォームが熱可塑性オレフィンからなる群、好ましくはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、及びポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンのコポリマーの群から選択されるところの、請求項10又は11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られ得る、強化された物品。
- 少なくとも1の表面に、請求項1、5、又は6〜9のいずれか1項において定義された、延伸された熱可塑性ポリマーのテープ、フィルム、又はヤーンが施与されているところの物品。
- 物品が、自動車産業/車体修理産業のための物品(車のドア、泥除け、バンパー、エンジンカバー、ダッシュボード、ドアスタイル、クラッチハンドル、クラッチカバー、安全ベルトのホルダー、及びその他の物品)、建築産業/建設産業のための物品(梯子、足場、壁パネル、天井パネル、ラス、ケーブルトラフ、幅木、ビーム、ガーダー、チューブ、パイプ、及びその他の物品)、液体輸送のための物品(水道事業、ガス産業、オフショア工業を含む石油産業のためのチューブ又はパイプ、及びその他の物品)、海洋ヨット製造のための物品、飛行物体目的のための物品(保護パネル、爆弾爆発シェル、保護障壁、運搬手段のための部品、及びその他の物品)、医療/補助医療の目的のための物品(矯正用品、ケーブル、人工器官、手術台、車椅子の部品、及びその他の物品)及び家庭用品からなる群から選択されるところの、請求項10又は11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 物品の機械的強度、硬さ、及び/又は耐衝撃性を改善するために、請求項1又は5〜9のいずれか1項において定義されたテープ、フィルム、又はヤーンを使用する方法。
