Description
図1に模式的に示す装置の中でPLAテープを加工した。
図1に模式的に示す装置の中で二つの異なるタイプのPLAを加工した。
表2に示すように、押出し機の速度設定及び第二のゴデットの設定を変更しながら実施例1を繰り返して、それぞれ層ごとに異なる量のPLA及び異なる延伸比を得た。得られた性質は表2にも記される。
表4に示すように、押出し機の速度設定及び第二のゴデットの設定を一定に維持しながら、第二の延伸処理で異なる延伸比を用いて実施例1を繰り返した。得られた性質は表4にも記される。
Claims (12)
- いずれもPLAに基づく第一の層及び第二の層を含み、前記第二の層が前記第一の層の上に共押出しされており、前記第二の層のシール開始温度及び/又はピーク溶融温度が前記第一の層のシール開始温度及び/又はピーク溶融温度よりも低いものであるテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- いずれもPLAに基づく第一の層及び第二の層を含み、前記第二の層が前記第一の層の上に共押出しされており、前記第二の層のビカット軟化点が前記第一の層のビカット軟化点よりも低いものであるテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- 好ましくはABAタイプのテープ、フィルム又は糸が形成されるように前記第一の層の上に共押出しされるさらなる層を含む、請求項1又は2記載のテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- 前記第一の層、好ましくは内層が半結晶PLAを含み、前記第二の層、好ましくは外層が非晶質PLA又は前記第一の層よりも低い結晶度のPLAを含む、請求項3記載のテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- 少なくとも4の全延伸比まで延伸される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- 一つ以上の延伸段階で延伸される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のテープ、フィルム又は糸。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のテープ、フィルム又は糸を含む織り又は不織フィルムの熱処理によって調製される物品。
- 75MPa以上、好ましくは120MPa以上の引張り強さを有する、請求項7記載の物品。
- 7〜25%、好ましくは10〜15%の破断点伸びを有する、請求項7又は8記載の物品。
- 2.5GPa以上、好ましくは3.5GPa以上の弾性率を有する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項記載の物品。
- 生分解性である、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項記載の物品。
- コンポスト化可能である、請求項11記載の物品。
